Recommended Decon period?
I’ve been quite heavy on the PE and about a week ago I noticed a slight decrease in gains and a lot of loss in girth. I presume this is overtraining as up untill then I couldnt have been happier with the size of my penis…
Morning wood has decreased although I never really had CRAZY wood in in the morning anyway, but its definately less frequent. Along with the other negative PI’s this would lead me to assume that I have overtrained my penis and it is slightly damaged.
My questions are:
Are there things to do during a decon break to ensure minimal losses? (Fowfers? Etc)
Should I just leave my penis alone completely?
What is a good time period given the symptoms?
What point would I get to to consider my penis healthy again?
I don’t really have more of a problem with getting hard, although spontaneous erections are slightly less frequent, but as I say I never really had many of those anyway unless I had the urge to urinate…
The only main thing is the lack of girth when hard, I don’t know what has happened….
