how long of a decon break?
I have just reached a full month decon break. The newbie routine was no longer giving me any gains. I plan on starting hanging w/a vacuum hanger. My question is: How long is a recommended decon period?

Depends on the individual. Anywhere from 4-8 weeks should be plenty.

4 has done great for me although the last decon. break I took was closer to 6 but never any longer.
