This is just to share what I know with everyone.

First off there some basic rules that you have to follow in order to achieve success.

1. Recovery Time is a must.
2. Drink a lot of water.
3. Eat Healthy
4. Be Consistent in your efforts
5. Vary intensity over time.
6. Concentrate more on the above rules rather than on variation of exersice.

No. 1

Recovery time is of utmost importance here. Without this evidently you wont achieve your goal. Don’t be fooled by the fact that when you start you see gains. This doesn’t mean that your rest time is adequate. Your body has to respond right and it does, but after a while it ceases or really slows down right. That’s because your rest time is not adequate. Most people think the same thing that applies to bodybuilding applies here but it doesn’t. In bodybuilding you work with muscle, here you work with tissue, so its quite different. Tissues need more time for overall recovery.

Most people might not want to follow this strategy because it’s lengthy and you want quick gains but you need to think whether or not the benefits outweigh the wait.

First of don’t hang for more that a half an hour at a time, you need circulation, the cells in your penis need proper circulation.

Don’t hang for more than 4 to 6 weeks in a row, 5 days on 2 off. After which you are going to take a two weeks break atleast or longer depending on your patience. Believe me after you see some gains it will be easy for you to reach a plateau. Trust me when you start again you will encounter the gains you saw in the initial outset or even greater. However you should stick to the strategy. With girth the situation is a bit different as you are targeting cells only and not ligs as well, it takes a longer time for you to reach a plateau, so the duration can be about 2 weeks longer, so when on your hanging break still jelq. However, when you are going to restart you hanging take a jelq break for about a week or two. I am guaranteeing you length gains. However you are going to loose a little girth but don’t worry it will be regained once jelqing restarts.

No. 2

Cells need tons of water to stay healthy that’s all there is too it.
No. 3

In order for your body to respond in a timely manner you need to be healthy. Essential vitamins and nutrients are important.

No. 4

Consistency is importance, in order to see results.

No. 5

This will shock you body at different points in time triggering immediate response.
However not always heavy, light at times is also good.

No. 6

Most exercises target the same area. Again, this is not bodybuilding. It’s not muscle. Bodybuilders believe you must hit a muscle from all angles, but let me ask you this how many angles can you hit your penis from when you practice PE, not many. Most if not all length and girth exercises, hit the basically the same areas.

That’s pretty much it. Oh by the way with this strategy I have seen amazing results over a two year period and if you take note of my strategy, incorporating the breaks I take would mean I don’t PE very often and to be honest I have only been hanging for a year and a half on and off cause my girl who I was with at the time preferred girth.

I started at 5 ½ L and now almost 9 and you better believe I have the pics to prove it.
Girth was 4 ½ at the base now almost 7, and the smallest girth on my shaft measures 5 ½.

Man I am only 5’6 but females are shocked when I pull my pants down, trust me try the strategy.

Welcome to thunders, great gains! At 5-6 it must look like a horse dick between your legs. So when you took time off from hanging how much time did you take off, and when you weren’t hanging were you doing a girth routine?

What is your routine ? and how long is the time frame a day?

I don’t see anything new in your rules except for your final rule 6. Usually whenever I change the exercises I do I go through a growthspurt. Actually all my girthgains have come from such spurts. It’s great it worked for you but every dick is different. Personally I believe variation is the key to gains and the need for recovery time depends per person, I for one never take restdays unless forced by RL.

Where did you get all your knowledge from about PE?

Just to clarify: while tissue and muscle are different, recovery is of utmost importance in (at least natural) bodybuilding. Educated bodybuilders (in general) do not believe in hitting a muscle from multiple angles. This is not to say that no bodybuilders think in the ways you described, just that the ones that do are generally misinformed.
Don’t get me wrong though, bodybuilding and PE are very different.


Did you use LOT as a basis for any of your PE? Also, did you include wet or dry heat during PE?


Those are incredible gains! I would also like to see those pics. I started the same size as you. I have gained about an inch in length and 1/2 inch in girth after 5 months of PE.

I’m around 5’7” so I undrestand that having a 9”er must really look massive to anyone that looks at it.

I’ve believed that good nutrition, plenty of water and consistancy necessary for gains. However, my routine doesn’t really incorporate many of these things. Thanks for reminding me not to cut corners. Hopefully we can all be as lucky as you were!

Back into PE after 3 year pause

Well, I don’t think that it is that easy to just apply the gaining concept on every guy, expecting them to see the same results. Take DLD, for instance. As far as I know he has not taken a day off since he started and he has gained very good (the exact amount of gains can be discussed and has been).


Oh, a new guy comes to aboard and claims himself as the messiah. Welcome! Would you please cure the blind by showing the aforementioned pictures? ;)

"Be aware that there are several schools of thought here as well. Some seem to go with the hard and heavy approach. The sessions are brutal. You can hear them talking to their dick: You better grow mofo or I will punish you even harder tomorrow! Others seem to favor a more tender approach. Always listening to what their member is saying while massaging it gently and singing to it with a soft voice. If it is moody and not happy with new behavior, they always listen and are very understanding."


gotta say, very informative post. I’ve noticed that after a short break (couple of weeks - not months) gains come usually faster.

Can you tell us something we don’t know? Since you are a new member you must not realize that these very issues are debated daily. I won’t hold my breath waiting for the pics. You were so eager to post your message in multiple areas, why not your pics in the “member pics” just as eagerly…don’t you think that would have made your “breakthrough” method all the more impressive.
