This is just to share what I know with everyone.
First off there some basic rules that you have to follow in order to achieve success.
1. Recovery Time is a must.
2. Drink a lot of water.
3. Eat Healthy
4. Be Consistent in your efforts
5. Vary intensity over time.
6. Concentrate more on the above rules rather than on variation of exersice.
Recovery time is of utmost importance here. Without this evidently you wont achieve your goal. Don’t be fooled by the fact that when you start you see gains. This doesn’t mean that your rest time is adequate. Your body has to respond right and it does, but after a while it ceases or really slows down right. That’s because your rest time is not adequate. Most people think the same thing that applies to bodybuilding applies here but it doesn’t. In bodybuilding you work with muscle, here you work with tissue, so its quite different. Tissues need more time for overall recovery.
Most people might not want to follow this strategy because it’s lengthy and you want quick gains but you need to think whether or not the benefits outweigh the wait.
First of don’t hang for more that a half an hour at a time, you need circulation, the cells in your penis need proper circulation.
Don’t hang for more than 4 to 6 weeks in a row, 5 days on 2 off. After which you are going to take a two weeks break atleast or longer depending on your patience. Believe me after you see some gains it will be easy for you to reach a plateau. Trust me when you start again you will encounter the gains you saw in the initial outset or even greater. However you should stick to the strategy. With girth the situation is a bit different as you are targeting cells only and not ligs as well, it takes a longer time for you to reach a plateau, so the duration can be about 2 weeks longer, so when on your hanging break still jelq. However, when you are going to restart you hanging take a jelq break for about a week or two. I am guaranteeing you length gains. However you are going to loose a little girth but don’t worry it will be regained once jelqing restarts.
Cells need tons of water to stay healthy that’s all there is too it.
In order for your body to respond in a timely manner you need to be healthy. Essential vitamins and nutrients are important.
Consistency is importance, in order to see results.
This will shock you body at different points in time triggering immediate response.
However not always heavy, light at times is also good.
Most exercises target the same area. Again, this is not bodybuilding. It’s not muscle. Bodybuilders believe you must hit a muscle from all angles, but let me ask you this how many angles can you hit your penis from when you practice PE, not many. Most if not all length and girth exercises, hit the basically the same areas.
That’s pretty much it. Oh by the way with this strategy I have seen amazing results over a two year period and if you take note of my strategy, incorporating the breaks I take would mean I don’t PE very often and to be honest I have only been hanging for a year and a half on and off cause my girl who I was with at the time preferred girth.
I started at 5 ½ L and now almost 9 and you better believe I have the pics to prove it.
Girth was 4 ½ at the base now almost 7, and the smallest girth on my shaft measures 5 ½.
Man I am only 5’6 but females are shocked when I pull my pants down, trust me try the strategy.
