Hi Newbie,

I followed your advice and switched from erect squeezing to 10 min light jelqing.

I notice that if I do 10 min light jelqing I don’t feel pumped when I get erect after each workout.

My erect girth is much bigger after erect squeezing. After 10 min light jelqing my member has after the workout almost the same erect size like bevor my workout.

Is your member bigger (erect, not flaccid) after your workout (especially girth)?


If your not getting the pump after work out, then your not applying enough pressure. Newbie did about 50-70% erection jelking sessions for 10 mins, and he did say that you should be pumped up after work out. Start with 50% erection, squeeze and push the ok hand till you see the head increasing with blood, and let each stroke last 2-3 seconds. If you do this right, you should be pumped up some. If not, then your not doing it right. Im also giving this a try, but for 15 mins and my member is pumped up off and on through out the day. You mentioned light jelking, so maybe your jelking too light. You have to move the blood for any kind of results.
