Hey Thunders,

Looking for some advice. I haven’t been active much on the forums lately, but I HAVE still been PE’ing. I hit 40minutes of PE 5-6x a week. I’ve had modest gains since I started a little over 2 years ago. However, I just CANNOT seem to break my current plateau. I’ve been stuck at 7.75BPEL and 5.5EG for going on 9 freaking months! My goal is only 1/8” every 4months but just doesn’t seem to be coming. For the last months I was out of town and I went on a strictly clamping routine because that was easy to travel with. Even after a month a straight girth work clamping 5x a week for 2 20minute sets I haven’t had ANY progress STILL..

Losing faith! What has helped you guys?

When was the last long break you took?

Cuz from here you either can double down on intensity and hope or take time off and use deconditioning to use similar or less force to deform tissues again. A 9 month plateau means change up.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I took a whole month off with no jelqing, clamping, hanging, or even manuals about 7 months ago. I lost about 1/8” which thankfully I did recover, but future growth has been null & void.

I have been clamping a lot the last few months and had stopped length for the most part. I was thinking about stopping “girth” and returning to solely hanging for 2-3 months to see what happened.

How long of a decon break do you usually take or recommend?

Depends on the length of the work cycle, length of plateau and intensity of work done. My usual math is 2 months on, 2 weeks off. I do that 3 times then take a month off. Assuming I’m not stalled in my tracks.

In your case, 7 months work, 7 at a dead stop, intense work cycles…I would take 2 months. I doubt highly that you’ll lose much if anything as you should have cemented gains with continuing work at a dead stop. Your tissue should have reached a permanent present deformation having resisted further deformation for 7 months.

I mean loss of gains is usually from temporary gains. Temp gains usually can manifest into permanent ones. You stopping dead so long tells me tissue change forward and rearward should be at a halt. Losses should be minimal, if any, but I suspect none at this point.

The 2 months should give you an easier to work penis when you get back, and a growth spurt in my experience.

Appreciate the advice bro! Sounds like what I’m going to do. I’m actually interviewing for a new job in Iraq tomorrow. If I get that I’ll need a couple months off while I settle into my new environment over there anyway. I’ll finish this month off and if progress continues to be null & void I’ll take May & June off.

Do you jelq during your deconditioning? or complete cold turkey?

I’m literally hanging right now for the first time in 7 weeks.
Pretty much stopped cold turkey and stayed away from here as I realize I can’t be on here and not be PEing!

It’s the first ‘more than a couple weeks’ decon I’ve taken since I started doing this stuff over 3 years ago.

I too lost an 1/8 over this recent time away.. but I’m confident I’l get it back quick enough.

Give that lil’ feller a break and distract yourself as best as you can.

Hey y’all,

Well that decon seemed to go well.
I did gain back the 1/8th I lost and actually reached a new stretching milestone in the ensuing two weeks of hanging again.
I then took another decon which I am currently still on for another week or so.
I will do another two weeks of every-third-day hanging and see where that gets me.
EQ has been good.

Great to hear about your gains. I actually haven’t started my decon yet. I’m going to decon my first month in Iraq which was suppose to start last week, but due to an event I need to wait 2 more weeks.

I’ve actually finally broke the plateu though. I did it through a really hardcore week of about 2hr PE (Bathmate & Clamp). I’m right between 5 5/8 and 5 6/8 on the tape for girth. I just started hanging again yesterday because my hydromax broke. So I just started alternating hang clamp days and my routine is only 2 20min sets a day of one of those two. But literally day after hanging my old weight my penis fell back out my body noticeably. I hadn’t hung for 3 months because I was focusing on girth. I wanted to reach 5 3/4MSEG before worry about anymore length. See how this new ordeal goes till I leave late june.

Hanging should help your base girth too.
I get some plump at the base in the days after a good hang session.
