Hello all,

I have settled on a girth routine that is giving me a good workout and very satisfying post session plumpness.

It is as follows:

1 x 10 min cable clamp squeezes
(1 x 5 min pump)
1x10 min cable clamp squeezes
(1x5 min pump)
1x10 min cable clamp plumped bends
1x5 min standard cable clamp engorgement
(1x10 min pump)

Total for session 55 mins.

I could easily do an AM and PM session of the above routine but would this be considered overkill by any girth vets out there? - as you often hear the “less is more” dictum bandied around the forums.

Should I concentrate on doing the above routine twice a day, or have a much lighter evening session - or will that routine suffice once a day? I have been at PE for over a year now so am well conditioned.

Oh, it’s a 5 on 2 off also.

I think once a day is optimun for your routine. It is a long routine and provides plenty of expansion and stimulation. Twice a day would probably put you in an overload situation and actually produce negative results.

You might consider finishing your routine with a clamp and 10-15 minute erect massage to further promote blood flow and enjoy your post workout girth. You could eliminate the last pump, but add 5 minutes to the earlier pumps.

I just talked to a guy who is at 6.5 girth, huge gains, who works out every day for 1.5 hrs. No rest days! I am so confused.

Don’t be confused. First of all, this guy still trains once per day. Second, he has probably been training for years, and his abilities are different then a guy just starting out or even a guy with a few months of PE under his belt. He has earned his ability to train as he currently does, but I don’t think he started out training that way.

The question is, whether rest days are necessary for growth or not - whether the penis needs days to “rebuild and recover” in order to grow, as in weightlifting. Lots of debate about this.

I am mainly a pumper now, and I am currently experimenting with training every day, but still getting in some rest. On my normal pump days, I go for three pump sets, 12-15 minutes long with 4-5 in hg pressure. But on two days out of my weekly schedule, I pump but try to rest at the same time. I do this by going for two pump sets of 15 minutes, but only using 2-3 in hg pressure. The lower pressure makes a big difference in stress on my cock while still allowing me to enjoy a slightly lesser result.

So perhaps it is possible to go 7 days straight if you allow for a day or two of a less strenuous workout.
