Now Im getting real about PE
I really want to reach my goal, after a 1.5 month off, I’ve done some PE on and off, but nothing really serious. Now Im back and for real. I just want to let you know what I will do and hopefully I will have some backup thoughts and opinions.
I thought on working on length 1st because I read in many threads that a thicker dick is harder to stretch. So I will do is 2 of intense stretch of 10 min (a bit like manual hanging) with 1 set of DLD blaster of 50 rep, sometimes I will do it only the morning, and sometimes the morning + evening. After I reach my future goal in length, I will do on a maintenance routine for length, something like 1 set of this manual hanging and 1 set of DLD blaster of 20-30 reps. I think it will be enough.
As for girth, I found out about clamping recently. Great exercise ! I will do 3 sets of 10 min twice a day if possible (like stretching) with some jelqing between sets.
I lost some length and girth due to my unstable PE workouts these last months, and hopefully I will gain back.
Any ideas, input ?
