Nothing hits the tunica like...
For those of you who have low LOTs like me, obviously you guys need to do tunica work.
Nothing hits the tunica like the inverted V-Stretch. Wow, is my initial reaction. It’s a crazy stretch that hits my tunica like nothing else. I have been stretching for 2 months and nothing hit my tunica like this exercise.
Here’s how I do the inverted v-stretch:
When fully flaccid, grasp overhand (it insures me good grip) mid shaft with either hand. While stretching upwards take your other hand and make a bridge with your pointer finger under the base of your penis and push up whilst stretching straight out with your other hand. Make sure that the push and the stretches are strong for best results. The stretch will represent an inverted v thus the name. Please be careful with this exercise, don’t over do it and rip your penis out. :)
Do this N, NW and NE. Also stretch SO w/o the inverted v-stretch.
This will ensure there are no limiting gains for the tunica.
I also think that having a low LOT means you need to increase your stretching reps and time.
I personally do 7 sets of 1 minute stretches for each direction (N, NW, NE and SO) 6 times a week. I am also stalling jelqing so I don’t toughen up my tunica.
I think this is the best manual stretch exercise for the tunica.
Oh yea, the overhand grip might give you cramps. =(
I hope this will help, since I always see alot of people asking about tunica exercises. It took me about a week to gather and test the exercises. Anyway, I want to thank whoever invented the v-stretch.
