I’ve been following the newbie routine religiously for the past 2 months, yet I have yet to see any gains at all. Is this normal, or has this happened to anybody else? Should I be concerned?

Hmm, I question the fact that you have seen no difference at all. I bet at least your veins are larger or more evident. I would say focus on stretching for a week then jelq for a week for the next month. So this week do only stretching. Next week do only jelqing. I think maybe you are doing too much and not doing the exercises correctly. I bet by the end of the 3rd month you will see some gains.

I’ve been doing it for 4 years or so now… am I complaining? Well? Well yeah I am!!
But hey!

I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

If you don’t see a difference after the 3rd month, take 7-14 days off. After the break, start again and measure after the 4th month.

My dick (and also my body when exercising at the gym) needs this kind of break to fully regenerate after a period of exercising. After about 10 days off, I am in a better shape than in the training phase before. I do this kind of break like every 3 months.

If you don’t see anything after the break and the 4th month, you might be doing something wrong.

The newbie routine is supposed to last six weeks, you might want to consider turning things up a notch if your dick feels comfortable.
