No days off

When all else failed, following DLD’s newbie routine gained me my first half inch. And, I performed his routine often twice a day with absolutely no days off. Following the advice of both DLD and BIB has been very, very rewarding to me.


Then (4.5 nbpel x 4.75 mseg)

Now (5.625 nbpel, x 5.25 mseg)

Well what good is genius if it comes at a price?(pun intended)

I have deliberated the idea of doing only stretches and heating ups during off days. Should try them sometime.

I don’t take rest days when stretching, I believe they hinder or slows gains. I’m a veteran and it has worked out wonderful for me personally, but I can’t speak for anyone else. I don’t care what “DLD” does or not, just find out what works best for you. :)

I don’t think I will ever do 7 days a week clamping.

Not necessarily. I believe working out daily would be optimal for gains, whatever exercises you are doing. One just needs to find the correct amount of time/force needed that is not too much for daily exercising. In other words, for me and my penis, I know it is best to do as much as possible AS long as I do NOT injure myself and as long as I can still get an erection after my workout.

So the take home message from this is to have rest days , if not it can result in increased fiber diameter. Letting your penis heal will make the stress not so “stressful” which could result in “stronger,harder to stretch” fibers . Interesting, especially given the fact that many other posts here state otherwise.

The reason why I am bringing this all up is because I noticed that my unit gets less spotting the more days I jelq. It seems when I take days off, my unit is more susceptible to spotting.
Could the gains build up better and be more permanent with no or less days off? It seems when I take a day off I shrink back to normal; but I may be wrong about that.

Personally I’ve always liked less days off. Something like 5-6 days on, 1-2 days off. I usually feel like I have more energy than I know what to do with and with a routine with less off days, I don’t mind only having a day off or so. Also, if I’m ever sick or anything and not feeling up for it, I don’t worry as much about taking a day or two off.

I respond very well to very little time off. It’s been a while since I’ve had the commitment to train 7 days a week but when I did I grew very, very quickly!

I am really conservative about my off time. Any soreness at all before PE and that is a day off. Sorry, I don’t need a blow out. Even when there is no soreness I do take this the same as any other training, time off is as important as time on. Fowfers I do daily because I don’t think that they are really stressing the tissues all that much compared to actual stretching and jelqing.

I think the only routines that need days off are ones like jelqs, hanging, pumping, ulis, clamping, etc, etc. Simply because those are the bigger workouts, because they tend to be ones that show Negative Indicators, they are more stressful I believe we can assume. So it would make sense to give it a rest if you just hit with a hammer right? But stretching and warming should be done everyday to help with the healing that makes some sense yes? Because they are “lighter” on the penis? Feel free to rip my post to shreds I would like some devil’s advocate responses to help further my PE knowledge. Cheers!

Penis stamina is directly related to your ejaculatıon frequency, lower the better.

I have hanged up to 20+ kg to my dick and I know most guys can’t (and shouldn’t) try that. What allows me to do this is my very low ejaculation frequency.

So less ejaculation per week is better for the penis in the matters of PE? How often do you masturbate/have sex?

Not very often. No partner right now unfortunately (which is a shame BTW, considering I am worshipping hot chicks :D ), and my “ejaculation” is equivalent to once per 1 or 2 weeks.

Yes, at the periods of hardcore PE, best is to avoid ejaculations. You can work really heavy that way. And more stress means more gains. This is the easiest way to gain actually. Maybe “fastest” is a better word :D

Hmm interesting, I have had many thoughts that masturbating was counter productive to penis gains but could never prove it. I have recently joined the porn detox club and have reduced my ejaculations per week drastically maybe something like 30 to about 8 or so. I have a steady girlfriend and when she wants a nailing I give her it. I try to usually make her cum then fake my own or just tell her I do not want to. She never cares when I don’t cum it actually turns her on or something and she cums harder and wants more sex from it usually. I think it just has to do with her thinking I am focusing much much more on her than on myself, ( she has complained to me about the 3 guys she had before saying they were selfish and never cared if she came or not ) which that just sounds fucking stupid to me sex is all about the woman and always will be… for me at least
