I think the only routines that need days off are ones like jelqs, hanging, pumping, ulis, clamping, etc, etc. Simply because those are the bigger workouts, because they tend to be ones that show Negative Indicators, they are more stressful I believe we can assume. So it would make sense to give it a rest if you just hit with a hammer right? But stretching and warming should be done everyday to help with the healing that makes some sense yes? Because they are “lighter” on the penis? Feel free to rip my post to shreds I would like some devil’s advocate responses to help further my PE knowledge. Cheers!
