My PE Experience to date
I haven’t really posted very much in the forums and I would just like to share my first year of PE experience.
For the first 6-8 months I followed the newbie routine. Well, not exactly. For the most part I was struggling in finding a routine that would suit me best - maybe a little too eager to gain quickly. I followed the newbie routine for the first 3 months to a tee - saw very little results - and decided to change things up a bit. The next 5 months consisted of different routines, length of time/number of reps and amount of on and off days. This is what slowed me down. I struggled in finding a routine that worked for me. Not only a routine that worked, but I felt that I wasn’t doing the exercises properly and it took a while for me to get used to different exercises. But it was basically the newbie routine, consisting of only manual stretches and wet jelqs. At the 8 month mark I had a gain of 5/16” in BPEL.
My basic routine would involve 20-30mins of stretching and 30-45mins of jelquing. Always stretch before jelq, and I would experiment with the time, erection and intensity levels. At the end of my 8th month I was stretching for a good 30 mins and jelquing for 45 mins at least(no more than 350 jelqs). It felt as though my dick was getting used to the workouts and I really didn’t know what to do. You know that feeling you get when you get a good workout in…I hadn’t had that in a while. I would come on here, do some reading, research some other advanced techniques and then try them out with no avail. It seemed as if my dick was a piece of rubber. Nothing I did really seemed to affect it.
So I took a month or so off. Maybe more so because I felt discouraged at the time. Then I started up again, light, following the newbie routine. Manual stretches and wet jelqs 2 days on one day off. Did that for 3 months and here I am today. After the first two months I measured up and saw a gain to where I am now - that made me happy. But, here I am, again with a rubber penis. I seriously think it is time for me to move on to some more advanced exercises. I have really been thinking about pumping and clamping. Those two togther combined with stretching and possibly an extender. Problem is, I don’t know what pump would be good for me at this point and I have searched high and low for those cable clamps with the teeth, and can’t seem to find them anywhere. The only type of clamp that I was able to find was the metalic one, in which you need a screwdriver to tighten/loosen.
In fact, I used this clamp a couple nights ago and I had the best flacid hang I’ve had in a while almost all day yesturday.
Well this is it. If anyone has any questions or maybe some suggestions, I’m all ears.

Goal: 8" NBPEL, EG = 6.5"
