Most commonly successful technique for length gains?

This thread is kind of inspiring me to start hanging. I was going to just focus on girth, but I think I should try to see if hanging can kind of be my last attempt to finally hit the 8.5 inch mark. If I got there then I would just focus on girth only. Plus I know hanging helps with base girth which would be a nice help in my transition to focus on strictly girth.


Starting: 6 7/8 EL X 4.8 EG (estimated since I didn't measure)

Current: 8.25 EL X 5.4 EG

There are many reports of gaining at least base girth from hanging. So two birds maybe with one stone.

Can you give info on what you did how long to get your gains?(checked your threads and didnt find info)

I haven’t measured yet, but after three weeks I know I’ve gained because my wife made comment last night about hitting a new spot.

Awesome! Ive heard you cant do girth exercises while working on lenght. How did you gain your girth?

Yes id love to know as well!

Manual exercises It is the basic, but I’m thinking add to my routine extenders too.

My girth came from doing the other Person.

Hanging really made the difference in girth for me though.

Base girth of over six inches that is permanent.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.
