Guys, my routine consisted of a combo of manual stretching, jelqs, pumping, cock ring, and ADS. I think i started in 2009 or early 2010. I think my stats in my sig was first measured in 2012, after that i got a bit lazy about PE since i was no longer insecure about my dick ( or atleast not lengthwise, I sometimes feel down about not having a 6 inch girth.
Starting: 6 7/8 EL X 4.8 EG (estimated since I didn't measure)
Current: 8.25 EL X 5.4 EG

My first inch came in around a year of stretching after which nothing worked until I began to hang.
After stopping hanging I lost the 3/8” I gained from hanging and so now I do the tom Hubbard one thing workout which is simply pulling with thumb and two fingers deep into the root for about a second per rep in sets of 100 throughout the day.
I haven’t measured yet, but after three weeks I know I’ve gained because my wife made comment last night about hitting a new spot.

@monochrome: what exercises do you do and what do you use for an ADS?
I do fulcrum stretches long holds, Inverted A-stretch/ side upward fulcrum/ boundle stretches/ wantsmore’s fulcrums.. followed by ADS. My jelq session I wet or Dry jelqing/ ulli/ squeeze/ V- jelqs.. folfollowed by ADS.
I use VLC ventless tugger ADS. I love this ADS and I wear it 12-16 hours a day.
