More about amazing isometrics
These exercises were described by a guy some time before, bird or bird2 I think.
He indicated to press down to horizontal ones fully erected dick and hold it there for a while.
I didn’t understand the sense of the exercise at first (I am 51 and my dick - if fully erected - is just slightly above horizontal.
Some days ago, almost during sleep, I found the corresponding exercise for guys my age:
Pressing the fully erected dick completely downwards and holding it there for a minute or so.
