Hey, I just have a quick question.

I’ve been trying the girth blasters for a while now and decided tonight to measure frequently during my workout to see how I grew as the workout went on. So, I measured after my first 5 minutes of jelqing, then after 10, 15, 20 minutes.

After 5 minutes my girth was at 6”. After 10, 15, and 20 minutes it was still at 6”. So, I was just wondering if the last 15 minutes of my workout are just a complete waste.

I’m wondering the same thing. I was experimenting with brief workouts at higher intensity before I broke my wrist.

First, let me say 6” girth, NICE!

I go by this theory of tissue memory. Your cock has a definite memory of its current size, both flaccid and hard and in-between. In order to change that memory size, I think it is important when exercising, to stay at max size for long periods, in order to achieve a new larger memory size. So time at size is important. As you continue to exercise, your expansion increases, because you continually are adding to your memory size. At 6” girth, I would say you have a lot of megabytes there!!!


I get a .5” increase from a good jelq session, and I get this ‘pump’ early in the workout as you seem to do. As well as what that smart chap gprent101 correctly states, remember that it takes a lot of continued effort to get gains, as long as you are consistent with an optimal routine no minute spent is wasted.


I never get anymore than max 1/8” temporary increase, no matter how hard I work it. Seems to me its the skin thats getting bigger instead of the cavernosa.

Hey, thanks for the information guys, that makes me feel better. Maybe I’ll move up to a half hour session soon. I’m also gonna try adding some of those squeezes in during the girth blasters as gprent said during his last post in the girth blaster thread.

Here’s a crazy guess:
Consider that the temporary girth increase could be just water (from tissue swelling, extra retention being drawn in from the excercise etc.).

So its possible that you could be swelling up to begin with then the swelling subsides as the tissues expand, giving you a constant girth.

Now as to your statement: Like I said, tissue memory. Time at size is imporatant. The longer you spend at size, the better. So, being large and staying large is important.

Don’t freak out when you swell up due to your exercise. That is the point! Make it huge and make it feel good. The bigger the better. As you progress, the size will stick, and the feeling will magnify.

At 5.5 ” girth pre jelq i strive to get to 6 every time but usually only get to a few 8ths below it. After i cool down i do these little mini dry jelqus to keep my cock as engorged as possible for about an houre after i get done with the cool down. The next day it is still hangs pretty decent.

I’m wondering about this as well. SWM claimed to jump from 6.125 to 6.75 during his workout…… I’ve never duplicated this, no matter what I do. I’m at 6” girth un-worked; during a really good uli or squeeze I can get up 6.5, which quickly goes down to about 6.25 after I stop the exercise.

This is somewhat similar to using aromatizing anabolic steriods. Sure, they cause water retention, and you will lose that weight after your cycle, but the water in there actually helps stretch and build the tissue.

When I first tried some extreme squeeze type exercise (Forget which one it was) I got a full inch of swell.

Never duplicated that, and nowadays I barely get any, maybe 1/8th of an inch…
Wish I still got the big swell though, it’s a great confidence booster. If only it stuck around longer than a couple of hours :(

They were uli thing reps, that’s right! That first time took me to like 6.5” around. Man! That rocked….

Please men could you tell me what’s the amount of jelqs,uli or squeezes you need to experience these awesome post workout girth increase?? I can make till 250 70% erection jelqs,squeezes and some jelq squeeze and my post workout girth is still the same.. No increase just after a workout nor during it.. Why this happens?

Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.
