I must say that clamping is a blast, and I know that girth gains will come. However, I have noticed, is that once the erection subsides enough, manual stretching works reeeaally well. (even for short sets) It feels like because of the deformation that occurs during clamping, sets you up for getting maximum stretch of the tunica. ( and for me, the ligs as well )

Has anyone else had the same experience? What do you guys think?

I think you are applying most of fore to engorged CC.

One way or another, it feels like my unit gets an actual, noticeable stretch, that seems to flatten out the expanded areas of my shaft.

I too considered stretching in conjunction with clamping, although I could not decide if to do it before or after the clamping. I routinely do some kegels and light stretching preparing for clamping (while catching up with posts here!). The reason I chose to do it before was to stimulate growing under the clamp also along the longitudinal axis of the penis (length++) , as opposed to only girth expansion.

On the other hand one may speculate that stretching after clamping may “take away” from the plastic deformation that took place in the transverse plane, which is not good for the purpose of increasing girth. However, by doing this, one could hypothesize that clamping-induced plasticity in the transverse plane is “transferred” to the penile longitudinal axis, and thus clamping efforts should translate in additional length.

Nevertheless, I think the stretching -> clamping approach would be the one I would favor, given the fact that girth gains have a higher priority *for me* than length gains.
In fact, I am considering implementing a routine comprising alternative stretching and clamping:

Stretch 5 minutes - clamp 10 minutes - strech 5-8 minutes (after the erection went away - while also taking a break from the clamp) - clamp again etc.

This is all theory, but I would be interested to know what others think.

I also have a feeling that stretching is better before clamping, but I switch it up depending on how I feel. Sometimes I’ll stretch first and sometimes I’ll clamp first. That way, if I’m wrong, I’m wrong only 50% of time. (:

You are learning the trick of the trade. After a good clamping session, with one hand push the base of your penis towards your pelvic bone and stretch your penis with the other. Do this as soon as you remove the clamp.

The only reason for me it can be better or worse to stretch after clamping because of the enlarged head. It’s easier to grip but there’s a bigger cause of like putting to much pressure on it. When it comes to stretching the ligaments I can’t notice any difference in the feeling whether I do it before or after clamping.

Oh wow TNT jockey doing that I feel like I could snap the cord in the middle of my dick. That’s a serious stretch and I’ve been hanging 20lb’s on my tunica in the same kind of style!

But penis is still very erect after removing the clamp. Isn’t erect stretching extremely dangerous?

Well it all depends, let the swelling go down a bit, but not as much.

Hmm, maybe I can try this in the future but (heavy)stretching before clamping seems to work well for me.

This is EXACTLY what I’ve been doing. It feels like there is a true stretch happening. I do this only AFTER my clamping session, not before.

I am one who is a “less is more” kind of guy. So, it’s a 10-12 minutes of edging in the clamp, then once my erection subsides to about 30 or 40%, I stretch straight down. When I stretch at this time, (right after clamping), I feel the most benefit than at any other time.
