Clamping vs. jelging vs. stretching
I have been doing various forms of PE for about a year now. I have seen some gains in both flaccid and erect states. I have just recently heard about squeezes or clamping in which case the base of the penis is simply “squeezed” off for a period of time.
My questions are :
1)how does this increase penis size
2)should this be done in conjunction with a jelqing/ stretching routine
3)has anyone seen solid gains from “clamping” alone
4) what are the benefits/ risks to clamping (I certainly don’t want my penis to quit working)
5) does anyone have any suggestions for incorporating clamping, jelqing, and stretching into the same routine
