I’m currently on a modified routine, inspired by luvdadus. I’m doing several hundred dry jelqs, spaced throughout the day, between 5-6 days per week. I’m also doing a version of RB’s 5-minute stretch sessions throughout the day. Although my morning & evening sessions are more than 5 minutes. I use baby powder & pull like hell….usually modified A stretches & that modified V stretch that I posted before. I also pull straight up my abdomen (12:00) and kegel forcefully, then reverse K, each for 5 seconds.
I’ve been doing this since August 31st, and tracking it all with Excel. It really seems to be having an effect. I’m not going to measure for awhile, but visually it’s very motivating. My penis is thicker, definitely harder, veinier, & I’m sure longer.
I’ll keep you posted. I’m tracking this in 3-month cycles (4 per year, obviously).
I’m hoping this will provide me with that final 1.5-inch growth spurt I want. :)
