I’m currently on a modified routine, inspired by luvdadus. I’m doing several hundred dry jelqs, spaced throughout the day, between 5-6 days per week. I’m also doing a version of RB’s 5-minute stretch sessions throughout the day. Although my morning & evening sessions are more than 5 minutes. I use baby powder & pull like hell….usually modified A stretches & that modified V stretch that I posted before. I also pull straight up my abdomen (12:00) and kegel forcefully, then reverse K, each for 5 seconds.

I’ve been doing this since August 31st, and tracking it all with Excel. It really seems to be having an effect. I’m not going to measure for awhile, but visually it’s very motivating. My penis is thicker, definitely harder, veinier, & I’m sure longer.

I’ll keep you posted. I’m tracking this in 3-month cycles (4 per year, obviously).

I’m hoping this will provide me with that final 1.5-inch growth spurt I want. :)

Yes, I have greatly modified my routine and am as pleased as you as to progress. I have totally quit any girth excersizes,an am tunnel visioned toward length. I have been blessed finally with time and privacy to hang. I am waiting until Oct.31 to measure,but can tell I am doing something right. Congratulations,Wadzilla.

two questions:

Can you explain better?

YOu do it seated or laying on a bed?
Personally I have tryed but I dont find the way
to have a good grip with reverse kegels…
Any suggestion?

Keep us posted if it works I might go back to that.

After I told my wife about pe my workouts went from throughout the day to jelq in am and stretch in pm. Maybe spreading out the excercise is what worked for me and abandoning it cause my plateau. I think I’m gonna just lay off though till I loose a bit more weight, probably start again after new years.

What I meant by that was I’m following the way that RB would get in multiple brief sessions throughout the day. In other words, I’m not doing 1 30-minute stretch session. I’m doing about 2 10-minute sessions (morning & night) and then about 2-4 other sessions throughout the day of “about” 5 minutes.

It’s funny, but I’m about midway when I do them. I’m not laying in bed, but I’m not seated upright in a chair. I’m in a soft recliner, leaning back pretty far when I do them. Sometimes I do them standing in the bathroom at work. And occasionally I stretch while sitting at my computer chair. So it varies. But I never stretch while actually laying down flat.

Sure will. I tend to suspect that multiple sessions are superior to 1 unbroken session, even when the total time is equal in both cases. It may - or may not - have something to do with the concept of the cellular microtears healing in an extended/stretched state (since we’re hitting the penis with PE every few hours). Or, it could be that the sponge-like material of the inner penis responds better to multiple, brief bouts of stress rather than a prolonged session. Just guessing, obviously. But I think you inadvertently stumbled onto a good thing - which was, in fact, motivated by stealth rather than strategy, LOL.

Seems like telling your wife turned out to be a double-edged sword, in a sense. That’s rather ironic, if it turns out to be true that you need to go back to multiple daily sessions.

I reverted back to this type of routine, a short while ago, and as I was perusing some old threads I found this one. Believe it or not, I can still jelq about 4-5 mm onto my BPEL within a month or so on this type of routine – but it can be tough on the willie (so many dry jelqs done throughout the day).

But mostly I’ve been doing a lot of stretches, and I’ve made some erect gains the past couple months.

Once I hit 8” BPEL, I’m going back to this type of routine for at least a couple months.
