Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Loading, lengthening, healing.

Do you mean mitosis? That would mean we could make length gains for ever without ever reaching or increasing BPFSL. Maybe, it would probably take ages though.

I can see the easy gains being fiber alignments, and then the hard work being “cellular proliferation”.

We can’t ignore those who do manual stretches/fucrum stretches may use plenty of force and rather short durations.

….

As said, according to the clinical evidence, in collagenous tissue cellular proliferation doesn’t appear to require ‘hard work’.

So as said above..does this mean we don’t need to strech to or past bpel to see gains?
And if so..what is the best length to strech to? Like 10% shy of bpel?

Thanks

According to what we have been reading, we don’t need to stretch past BPEL (actually, bpfsl). On the other hand, cellular proliferation increase with the stretch, to a point. So that should mean that stretching near the BPFSL for long time/high frequency is the best way. Supposing that what is true for tendons and ligaments is true for the penis also.

Great thread! Read trough all of it. What’s the best extender/ADS I can use to complete the first phase. All the items I’ve looked through are spring loaded.

Thanks guys, you rock.

So something like how a Phallason forte is supposed to work with time over tension would be Work well according to this? What is interesting that most people I’ve seen using the. Phallosan claim there best gains are at the lower tension rather than higher.

I fully agree with this. Putting a slightly higher-than-normal load on the body is a great way to get growth. I think people get into trauma-mode thinking that blasting or being constantly ‘intense’ will get growth. I think it can, but suspect it is not effective over the long run. Also, the former mode minimizes damage/injury, which is an essential component of moving forward continuously.

That has been my experience with the extender also. But we can’t disregard those who had big gains with a short time/high tension approach; for example bennett8’ routine was a high tension, short sessions, but very frequent (5 times per day). Frequency is said to be important in the article Capernicus linked, and concurs to the total volume of time under stretch.

Thank you for the reply. This is very interesting to me. I actually just got a phallosan forte again and planned on doing a very basic and light routine of just jelqs in the morning and then phallosan for 10 hours or so. I was going to incorporate manual stretches before the phallosan but not sure if they are needed now.

If you wear an extender for many hours per day, you’ll need jelqs. I don’t think wearing an extender of any kind for more than 5-6 hours per day gives better gains. After a number of hours, the growth slow downs near nothing, that’s my educated guess.

Generally speaking, manual stretch would be the thing to try instead than the extender, since take less time and costs nothing.

Well the Phallason was free so I figured I’d get the most out it. Do you recommend jelqing before or after?

Would Appreciate a little advice on this,

I have been doing a little experiment with the extender the last 6 months Just 2 hours a day but increasing tension steadily every 10 days. and it was going well but now the gains have slowed (and I have ran out of rods) I have switched to Manuel stretching in the morning and evening, and the difference is very interesting, it attacks the ligs/tendons better for sure. but perhaps I should have another session with the extender in the day.. or wait a few weeks and switch back to the extender

I just look at it all as a signal, whether it is at a protein level or cell. it can all be looked at as chemical signal that you are either fulfilling or not.

Did you find with extra girth you more tension was required to stretch?? I have been really thinking about trying the last unexplored P.E method for me - hanging.

If your penis is flaccid, extra girth isn’t much a factor, IMO; what oppose resistance to the longitudinal stretch is how much blood there is in your penis, not how fat your penis is, per se. Applied to the extender, I can’t say for sure since I used a homemade extender which had no tension measurement, it was a copy of the max-xtender. I think people who focus on the force they are applying and want to apply more force over time ‘to progress’, are focusing on the wrong thing; you are interested in how much your penis is stretched, not how much force it can stand. Force should always be kept at the minimum functional level.

Same principle that I’m using in attempting to get as many hanging sets as possible into my day. Bigger got large by hanging an unbelievable amount of hours through his workday. Hours is what I want. If I never hang 10 lbs in my life I’ll be damn happy.

Thanks for the advice

Hmm, so because of the extra blood that remains in the penis after girth work, it is not an ideal to preform length exercises around that time. Like people say focus on one or the other?

So there is the sweet spot of force to get the ideal stretched state… I understand less is more in this case, but shouldn’t this level of be increased with time to achieve the sweet spot consistently.

I think I need to make an extender, I have an idea in my head that would be perfect if privacy was not an issue… but how to start such a project. I want to say food for thought but I hate that phrase.
