Ligs are not sore...anymore!
I have been PE’ing for a little over 4 months, and I have made some decent gains. 3/4” BPEL
My problem is that using jelks and manual stretches used to
make my ligs sore ( they felt really worked ) but now it seems
my ligs don’t get “that pull”.
I am jelking 500-700 strokes 3-4 times a week, what can I do to step up the intensity so I can feel that lig soreness that seems to indicate growth is coming?
Is this just part of “Harry” becoming conditioned and I need not worry?
Is it time to start hanging to stress my penis more, I would prefer to hold off on hanging …hoping to gain more “by hand”?
Help me please …I miss the soreness
