I am considering to switch just to the jelqing PE sessions. I have read in some posts that you can get some good gains just by doing 15 minutes jelqing sessions 5 times a week. I will try to do the routine like that: warm up with warm towel, jelqing, warm down and the daily amount of kegels. Can anybody tell me if they gained just from jelqing and if this is a good routine to start with. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
