Jelqing intensity variation on gains
OK, so here’s my question. Does the speed in which you jelq really have an effect on the gains you may experience? Say doing a jelq a second instead of every 2.5 - 4 seconds. Any opinions out there? If you view this and have any input what-so-ever or just want to post how fast you do your jelqing, PLEASE DO! This could be an interesting viewing.
Also, does anyone highly recommend any exercises that will increase the size of your head? I don’t remember what it’s called that I’m doing, but I start out by becoming semi-hard, grab my base with a death grip and relax it only to pump blood in until my head becomes much larger than usual. This is the only exercise I’m doing for my head and would like to know if anyone has experienced gains for your head just from this exercise, or no gains for that matter and any recommendations for a good exercise instead of this one.
