Length gains with no jelqing
Sometimes I don’t have time (or I’m just to lazy) to jelq 5 days week. I will try top do manual stretching on these ‘off’ days.
What else can I do?
What is the best/fastest way to attain length gains without wet jelqing?
I have read on other posts that dry jelqing is best for girth gains, which I’m not trying to get right now.
Also I’m slowly getting bored and lazy with PE, so what can I do for inspiration?
Will someone please help a me?
I started PEing in November.
My routine is 5 days on with 2 days off. I do this in the morning at 4 or 5am for 25-50 mins. When no one is at home. I haven’t noticed any gains as of yet.
I stretch for 5-10 mins
Warm up - 5 mins
Jelq- 20 mins.
Stretch - 3-5 mins
I do kegels throughout my session
