Jelqing for length?
I need some advice, help, and or criticism on my jelqing routine for length. I only need two inches to reach my goal and I have frequently read success stories of people gaining such results with jelqing within under a year. After 2 years of experimenting, heres my “theory”…
3-5 minute cool down (cold water)
5 days a week
upward strokes(towards the ceiling)
palms up grip
