Hey guys…I’ve been lurking for a while and decided to make sure I’m not doing anything wrong…

I am currently just doing 10 mins worth of stretching then 200-300 Dry Jelqs using two sticks to create the pressure (my hands get too sore extremely fast)…I’ve been doing it for about a week…3 days on 1 days off - Anything wrong with this?

My view is this: If it doesn’t hurt during or later and you can still get a hard-on, it’s okay.

Well the hard on thing is difficult to tell because I just came off of a cycle and my little guy isn’t working the way he was previous to beginning the cycle - which is due to a specific drug…but I get a little sore, nothing more.

One thing I would suggest to you is that you time your jelqing rather than count reps, I found I got a better workout that way because it was harder to ‘cheat’ by doing faster reps to get it over with.

Fina Dick actually. How much time then? 30 Mins good?

Also is 3 days on 1 day off ok?

Interesting, I usually get the opposite effect with fina.

Anyway, 30mins 3 on 1 off sounds great. Do this routine for a month and see how you feel about it then. Just stay alert when you do your routine and try to notice the different feelings you will get, and what things you can do to improve it. For jelqing, you might find different grips and speeds work better or worse for you.
