Should I warm it or cool it
Well, this is my first post. PEing (linear routine) for three weeks now, it seems I gained a little (0,5 cm) but I can’t be sure because I didn’t measured at the beginning. Anyway, I know I should be patient though I really really really want to see some positive results.
The question is, should I warm the unit or cool it down after the workout? I searched the posts but some says heat it up, some says cool it down. Can someone please guide me?
