I don’t know. That’s why I am trying it. I am not desperate for gains so, I have the luxury of trying things.

That’s what I thought at first glance, but I am an extremely hard girth gainer, so I would expect similar results to yours. Guess I won’t know til I give it a whirl. Hopefully next year!

You don’t bend that much and that violently as the video shows. Only as much as you are comfortable with.

Don’t try if you are new to this.

Doesn’t matter, morning, afternoon, whatever, as long as the routine is performed properly.

I do a similar routine like yours every other week with no warm up. And can sign under that this works and do wonders if you stick to it, both in girth and length gains and of course EQ.. because this routine stretch it in all directions.
I do not the bends and slinky because I uncured myself before with the bends and do Sadsak head exercise and finish off with supra slammers instead.
The other week I do another routine.. but that’s another story.

I am starting again today after a week’s break. Another 2 months.

Pleaseantly surprised by the length gains.

I am on antibiotics for a dental infection 2 days now. I am gonna remove a tooth on Thursday.Lost some weight cause I was sweating like a pig for a week during sleeping before I realize it was the tooth. I thought I was just tired or caught a cold.Maybe this affected the measurement Or not.
