As I understand I start gaining in about 4 months when on a routine. Happened as a newbie and now.That’s something useful to me.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Conclusion of my routine.

Final measurements are the same. 5.5 girth. Maybe a tad more but nowhere close to 5.6, I will call this one a failure for girth.

So, this routine is an amazing one for erection quality. I have no doubts abou it. May give you about 0.1-0.2 length gains or it may not.

Keep in mind that the routine was done without heating. I can not foresay or predict the outcome if proper heating was being used.

Just a routine for awesome erection quality, guaranteed.

Interesting experiment. I’m working on a series of girth routines around pumping and clamping myself BUT to a minimized pressure and clamp usage. Something intermediate that has more application to more guys than the super high pressure and high rep counts a lot of guys go with.

I currently see some results but I haven’t reached the conclusion of the routine.

I may pull the starting data out of my log and do a separate post and chat about it, after reading this.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

You should start a new thread with that. That would be an excellent resource. There is not much on here about a scaled down approach to girth with pumping/clamping. I recently saw a thread where a guy toned down his clamping to one set and had awesome results.

I have a feeling guys are doing way to much with clamping and stunting growth. Except for big girtha…he was an exception to every pe rule though.

Actually, there is nothing here related to pumping/clamping girth routine. You are right.It was meant to be like that.
