I thought I should share this one

A month ago I decided to work on my girth a bit. Nothing crazy, something that would put me a tad below 6 or 6 max. I have no interest for more for personal reasons.

So, since I was not too hyped for this, cause I am satisfied with my girth I thought, I should do something completely mine as I think of it and if it works it’s ok, if not it’s ok too cause you know, I am not too hyped about it, whatever.

My only consideration was not to go above 6 max, so I had to be careful with this one. Anyway for the past 2 weeks I am doing this.

No warm up ( yes, no warm up at all )
A set of 25 3 sec dry jelqs
10 sec orange bends down, right , left, up
20 sec hold squeezing
10 sec penis slapping to the thighs
Sadsak slingies 3 times 3 sec holds down, up, right, left.
No warm down.

I am doing 4 sets of these. I am not changing anything except from adding 20 jelqs more in total every week, rest of the routine stays the same. That is 4 sets of 25 the first week, 4 sets of 30 the second week, 4 sets of 35 jelqs the third week etc.

Routine is Monday-Wednesday-Friday. No more.

Results:

This…is.. quite interesting. The penis is beaten after the routine. I am having maybe one hour post shrinkage. After that flaccid is normal again.

On my routine days EQ is mildly suffering. Not too much but….. I am having morning wood every single day. I am loosing sleep out of this. On my off days EQ is amazing. I can’t highlight enough how amazing it is. On my first weekend off, I am talking first week here, I had sex with my lady. I could cut diamond with my erection. I had some interesting new reactions. She was pulling me back when I was taking my penis off her vagina. Also penis looks like a fat hard pipe. I can not describe this more acuratelly. It looks girthier.

On other observations, flaccid is a little bigger girthwise and lengthwise oddly but not on a routine day. On rest days. No erect length gains though.

Girthwise, two weeks on this and as I said EQ is through the roof. I think girth went up a little bit. Didn’t measure but I can feel it in my hand. I will measure in two weeks when I am one month on it.

The problem is that this thing works. Maybe it does too much work and I have to be very careful with gains. I feel good about this. Like it is working smoothly. Any PE er can relate to what I am saying. You know….. when you know that something works, you get my point.

Anyway I thought you should all know. It is a routine that beats the penis but it feels very promising and looks effective. I can only speak for myself though.

I am ending this with that. I am having sex 2-3 times a week with my wife 10 years married. The last week I had sex 4 days all of them initiated by her.

Yesterday I tried to clamp my erection to swell the glans while inside her. Nothing. Absolutely amazing man. Like trying to squeeze cement. CC was too fucking hard. Poor wifey was puffing and screaming when I jackhammered her for a while. I took it easy after that. She got angry …. :-)

So…..it looks like a promising routine, I am seeing results and I will report back. Thought I would share this. It was a good week.

Cheers and sorry for the long post. By the way, IMO, this routine is NOT for newbies. I am on PE for a year and a half and still leaves my penis beaten.

Been doing squeezes with 1 minutes per set. Since I start the squeezes at 70-80% erection, 20 or 30 seconds won’t be enough to fill the penis completely.

People, don’t underestimate the manuals and happy friday.

Seems like you are doing fine with your routine.
I can somewhat relate with what you have described regarding your temporary EQ loss on workout days.
For me, it sometimes is the same. But my EQ is max’ed out since I re-started a week ago.
Its quite ridiculous. I have been having random raging - with raging, I mean raging! - boners 50% of the time, it has got to the point that I feel sore now >.<
Perhaps, not releasing for weeks adds to it. Whether its that or the current girth focused routine, its just ridiculous.

Nice! Best of luck on your journey to increasing girth! I too am on the same path, and I’ll be sure to try to implement some of your routine.

I went through a phase where I didn’t use heat. It seemed to work well and my dick appeared to take less of a beating . Then I started using heat again and remembered why it was a must. I definitely made gains without it. The gains I made with it were much quicker tho.

I know and that’s what I thought that is why I am not using heat.

I want the process to be as hard and slow as it can be so I can have control of what I am gaining. Over 6 and my wife is gonna start nagging, we ‘ve talked through this.

I started using constant heating before for maintaining current gains, twice a week routine and the expansion I was getting was ridiculous! I could also do more.Highly effective and a must for. PE. If I had continued with constant heating even with a twice a week amaintannce routine I am sure I would have gained something.

But not for me now as I am looking for maybe 0.2-0.3 more girth max and I wan that to happen gradually cause I want to see how the wife takes it and when to stop.

I wish I could incorporate proper heating to this routine.I believe it would rock. I will wait and see how it goes.

Thanks mate. She had a bad experience with an ex with too much girth.That I am trying to avoid.

I know exactly what you are talking about but do consider that I have only used jelqs, stretches and orange bends in my routines until now. No other exercise. I am sure you got it.

I think it is the girth routines mate. You get the same crazy EQ fact from people who are pumping. Girth orientated routines seem to cause rock hard erections which I think it can be expected cause the penis pushes to the max to get fatter.

It’s all bro science of course but I think it might be acurate. Sounds logic to me.

I am afraid I would get crazy expansion and or a burst in gains and I don’t want that plus I want to enjoy this as long as possible. I want controlled gains about 0.2-0.3 max.Maybe 0.2 . If you have time read my posts on this thread. You ‘ll understand.
