My LOT is so low now i’ll have to start working on the tunica so…

Which do you experts think would be most effective to stretch?

Many people stretch the inner to raise their LOT back up, but even when you eventually got it back up to around 9:00 would lig stretching give you gains anyway? I mean most of your inner penis would be stretched out as far as it could get anyway.

Wouldnt it be more effective to just stretch the outer tunica rather then switching between the inner penis and the ligs?

Also if you just did outer tunica stretching for ages would lig stretching after that have any benifits?

If your LOT raises high enough your ligs will once again be limiting your length. So stretching them out again would be beneficial.

This is the same as saying stretching down will eventually work the tunica after the ligs are stretched out enough. And it will. But it’s better to spend your effort on one or the other. Divide and conquer. I’m pulling numbers out of my ass, but if ligs can be adequately stretched using 5 pounds of tension for whatever time, but tunica takes 8, you are better off applying 5 pounds to the ligs or 8 pounds to the tunica instead of 13 pounds to both. Issues arise in applying more and more force, such as hanger discomfort, grip and arm strength failing, etc. Pick the area that is limiting your length, which can be ascertained from your LOT, and work on it exclusively.

Yes, if your LOT raises from all the tunica work.

LOT isn’t anything magic. It tells you the relationship of your lig length vs. the tunica length behind the ligament attachment point. It is only a guide as to whether the ligs or the shaft behind them is your current limiting factor.

When the LOT is low, your ligs are already relatively long. Stretching them more isn’t needed or beneficial. Work on the tunica instead.

If your LOT raises again after lengthening the tunica, this tells you the ligs are again restraining your length. Stretch ligs again until your LOT drops.

From what I’ve read so far about the tunica in the Forum, I was somehow under the impression that your gains come from the inner penis being pulled out, and that the all the ligs were doing is restricting this from happening. From what you’ve told me i gather that this is not the case, and that my gains are a direct effect from my ligaments being stretched. Is that correct?

I also assume that stretching either the inner or outer tunica would both result in slow gains while raising my LOT.

The quicker and easier gains come from ligament stretching.

Several people have attested to a LOT raise because of their tunica stretching,

but it’s far harder to obtain gains from stretching the tunica

It is debatable whether the actual anchor point of the penis deep within the pelvis moves forward from PE. I don’t know, and it doesn’t really matter.

There isn’t an inner and outer tunica. “Tunica” is a term we are using which actually means the tunica itself, Buck’s Fascia, and the other components that make up the shaft.

Basically, you have the shaft and the ligs to work with. Here’s a crappy ASCII diagram:

If you have a high or medium LOT, stretch the ligs so the shaft can stick out farther. If your LOT is low, meaning the ligs are already long enough to not be restraining the shaft, lengthen the shaft behind the ligs.
