I'm not seeing any gains using the DLD blaster?
I’ve been trying this exercise over 2 weeks. I read it from the peforum. But I haven’t seen any gains yet. Not even in flaccid. I’m doing everything right for sure. I followed step by step. I also used it while hanging with 10 pounds. I’ve been exercising for about a year. But have been more consistent since early september. I think my ligs are the strongest in the forum. Are you seeing gains from the DLD blaster?
