I gained over an eighth of an inch in one day

Wanna know how?

It’s quite simple actually, and I wish I would’ve

Noticed this before.

There was a space on my ruler a little over an 1/8” long

Before the numbers started.

So I carefully cut it off and remeasured.

I hit 6 3/4” bp. (I was a couple little digits over the 6.5”

That I’ve been claiming.)

Wow!! What a concept.

I’ve decided to cut a little more off the ruler each time I measure. ;)

I did that first time I measured, I was like “this ruler is stupid!” and proceeded to get pissed off and snapped it in half…. I ended up buying one of those metal rulers, and DAMN those things hurt when you’re trying to get a BPEL measurement! I’ve gotten used to the pain now though ;D

I use one of those— I’ve drawn blood several times getting my BPEL. I now have a negative stimulus-response every time I pick up the ruler— I loose wood— not much but just enough to make measuring pointless.

I devised a new measuring technique— I’m going to post about it but I want to post my progress chart/graph along with it, so I’ve got to see if I can get my scanner working.

I’ve never pushed to the point of drawing blood.

I push in until it stops, but not over push it.

Hell I could be 9” if I pushed as far as it could go!

My fat pad isnt horrible, It’s definately there but I always feel I’m cheating if I push to hard.

Heehee shaving the ruler is easier.

Looking forward to hearing your technique. I now have an indent where the ruler rests to measure my BPEL, which is kind of weird :D

It’s not that revolutionary— more like a different take on measuring, so that it’s not such a hassle. It’s really easy and simple and (eventually) can be done in a few seconds. I’ll see if I can get a scan of my progress chart/graph as it illustrates the method, and I wanted to post about the graph also (it’s really not that big a deal but I think it’s worth posting).

Bought one of those metal ruler on Monday to get my first measurement and dumped it in the trash today too much pain when measuring with a metal ruler. That shit cost a arm and a leg too $4.25 believe it or not. I am now using a measuring tape the ones they use for sewing. But a great thought came to mind just as I was typing this messege how do I get a BP measurement with it. Lol

” WHAT YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU WANT TO BE IS WHAT YOU DO”

Apparently my SCSI miniport is now legacy and not supported by plug and play, so my scanner (which I came by as a result of Noah pulling it from the Ark’s network to sell on ebay) no longer works, ergo I’m unable to scan and post my progress-graph, so I’m sort of at a loss as to whether I should start a separate thread to cover the measuring info. (I kind of think not, since without the scan of the graph to pull it all together it probably wouldn’t justify a separate thread)

But luckily it’s kind of relevant to this thread so I’ll post it here.

I was going to post a scan of my progress graph and recommend others make a similar graph because of how much it can keep you motivated (X axis charts time, y axis either centimeters or eighths of inches) — you can use the graph to see at a glance where you are, where you want to be and how well you’re doing getting there. It also makes it easier to spot trends and to identify when and if your gains are dropping off. I very highly recommend it— it’ll go a very long way towards keeping you motivated.

An Alternative Measuring Technique

I recently got pretty desperate to see the kinds of results that would keep me motivated, so I started pressing harder and harder to get my bone-pressed measurement. It was getting increasingly painful to the point where I drew blood a few times (I use a metal ruler).

So I had to find a new way to measure, because pressing so hard was causing me to develop a conditioned stimulus-response to my metal ruler (Every time I picked it up I’d suffer a slight loss of erection— not much, but just enough to make measuring for a bone-pressed measurement impossible)

So I basically thought about it for a bit and came up with an alternative method. It’s not really new, it’s a combination and adaption of existing techniques, but if you want to give it a name I’d like to suggest “The Fantastic Measuring Technique”

It’s very simple— make a graph as described above (or at the very least keep a log), and take the following measurements:

1. Non-bone-pressed (Non-bone-pressed-erect-length)

2. ‘Lazy’-bone-pressed (Lazy-bone-pressed-erect-length)

3. Bone-pressed (Bone-pressed-erect-length)

4. ‘Pinched’-bone-pressed (Pinched-bone-pressed-erect-length)

Here are the definitions of the terms (measurements 2, 3 and 4 are taken just as you’d take a regular bone-pressed measurement: with the ruler running along the top of the penis at a right-angle to the body and pressed to the pubic bone)

Non-bone-pressed

The standard non-bone-pressed measurement we’re all already familiar with.

Lazy-bone-pressed & Bone-pressed

Erections differ in quality— there are the ‘diamond-cutters’ that are “so hard a cat couldn’t scratch it” — often experienced when taking vasodilators (these are the ones we measure for Bone-pressed measurements), and then there are the regular every-day erections that wouldn’t win any prizes for effort (these are the ones we measure for the Lazy-bone-pressed measurement).

Pinched-bone-pressed

These are taken when flaccid by stretching the penis as far as you can possibly stretch it with forefinger and thumb— the forefinger on the frenulum and the thumb on the top of the glans, pinching and stretching. Pinching hard enough to stretch the penis as far as it’ll go (but obviously not so hard that it causes pain). This will also cause a slight ‘ballooning’ at the tip of the penis. Measure right up to this tip so as to be consistent with all of your measurements (it’s useful to note that pumping might temporarily increase the pinched measurement due to swelling).

Here’s what to do next:

Once you’ve taken those four measurements plot the points on your graph, or make a note of them in a log book or on a post-it-note, or commit them to memory, or wherever, just make sure you keep a record (I recommend the graph).

Basically, and here’s the crux of the matter, these different measurements (disregarding the variations that pumping can cause) should remain at more or less an equal distance apart, so once you know your ‘pinched-bone-pressed measurement’ (which can be taken in a matter of seconds any time you like (providing you’re flaccid)) you can work out your bone-pressed and non-bone-pressed measurements more or less instantly.

Here are two sets of measurements taken a month apart (from my graph) as an example:

First— my measurements from one month ago:

Pinched-bone-pressed: 8 inches

Bone-pressed: 7.75

Lazy-bone-pressed: 7.5

Non-bone-pressed: 7.13

Second— my current measurements:

Pinched-bone-pressed: 8.13 inches

Bone-pressed: 7.88 inches

Lazy-bone-pressed: 7.62 inches

Non-bone-pressed: 7.25 inches

It would be clearer from looking at the graph, but you should still be able to see the basic idea (which is really very simple) — my ‘pinched-bone-pressed’ and ‘bone-pressed’ measurements are a quarter-inch apart. My ‘bone-pressed’ and ‘lazy-bone-pressed’ measurements are also a quarter-inch apart. My ‘Lazy-bone-pressed’ and ‘non-bone-pressed’ measurements are 0.38” apart. All of these measurements are more or less exactly the same distance from each other month after month, so, if next month my ‘pinched-bone-pressed’ measurement is 8.25” I can assume my ‘bone-pressed’ measurement to be 8 inches, my ‘lazy-bone-pressed’ measurement to be 7.75” and my ‘Non-bone-pressed’ measurement to be 7.38”

Consider the above in light of the information in the thread The Legendary 8 x 6, paying particular attention to supersizeit - The Legendary 8x6

That’s about it— about a hundred times easier to do than it was to explain. It’s a very simple method that allows you to get a more or less accurate measurement in seconds any time you like.

Some things to note:

Pumping can slightly alter the ‘pinched’-bone-pressed measurement

The distance between measurements 1, 2, 3 and 4 will differ from person to person (you just have to measure to find out what they are for you), but all should remain more or less the same distance apart regardless of how long your penis gets. The gaps between measurements might increase, but so insubstantially that the increases are practically negligible.

Lazy bone-pressed measurements have the potential to fluctuate more than any other kind.

Non-bone-pressed measurements should be taken at the same time (and at the same level of arousal) as the bone-pressed measurement.

(On a side-note: I’ve found the “layman’s measurement” (measuring with the ruler at the side of the penis with the hips thrust forward) to more or less equal the bone-pressed measurement.)

Isnt it incredible how fast you grow when you measure wrong then correct it.

I guess that is one way to break out of a plateau. :)

I don’t like the idea of bone press measurement because it doesn’t tell the true length. Mr. Fantastic, I didn’t know that measuring a penis is that much complicated. It’s not a rocket science.

That’s exactly what I thought avg_joe so I would only measure non bone pressed. However, I’ve come to realise bone pressed is a very good measurement as I will always be measuring from the same point. With non bone pressed it may vary ever so slightly each time.
