I don`t need girth, I need length.

Metal Ed, I do the routine every second day, I do 2-3 days on, have a rest day, and start again.

Another question, I haven`t been much of a jelker, does jelking help with length, and how long should you do a session?

My sentiments exactly, when I try doing both I don’t believe either works.
Been hanging about 2 months, gained .10” length first couple of weeks. Will measure again on July 5th.

That is very interesting. So you guys construct a program to focus on only length or girth, one at a time? This sounds promising.

But, is there any way one could LOSE length by increasing girth exclusively? Has that ever happened to either of you?

Also, by focusing on only one aspect exclusively, does this allow you to do more work for that aspect in your routine? What I mean is, let’s say I dropped all stretches and decided to focus on girth for several months. By dropping stretches, that stress and wear on my penis has been eliminated. Would it then be reasonable to say that I could therefore tolerate MORE girth work than I otherwise could if the stretches were included in the routine?

Is this then the theory behind focusing on only one aspect exclusively - so that one can increase the workload for that aspect, and thus get more results?

Dino, you’re a big gainer. When focusing on girth, did you work girth every day?

FWIW,

I had a recent jump in length from 7.5 to 7.625. 1/8” only, but my girth dropped from 5.75” to around 5.5”. Not sure if you can lose length as you increase girth, but I’ve seen firsthand that you can lose girth as you increase length!


8/1/02: 5.75" BPEL X 4.5" EG

6/1/03: 7.5" BPEL X 5.75" EG as measured midshaft with a snapped chalk line....

When I work girth I do it 5 days on 2 off and about 30 min work outs, all erect jelqing, squeezes, and horses and some bends. With a real small amount of stretches to keep everything loose.

When I do a length workout I do it as much as I can 6-7 days a week for up to 2 hours a day. Right now I’m mostly hanging with the bib and then doing some manual stretches and blasters. I still jelq 3 days a week but just for 15 min for health. I haven’t measured but I think I have a gain in this length workout phase. I only just started doing this it took me 3 years to figure out that this works better for me.

Thanks Dino. That was exactly the type of information I was looking for; i.e., length of time and frequency of workouts.

With this in mind I am starting to think that I am going a bit overboard with the squeezes. I will reduce my workout time to 30 minutes (not including warmups and warmdowns). If a vet like you finds more than 30 minutes to be too much, what can a relative newbie like me reasonably expect? Nothing good, I’d suspect.

Your welcome, I have found that I got the best girth gains with hard short workouts and time off to heal, but length you have to keep blasting away to soften the ligs and stretch them while there weak.

That seems to be the consensus around here on length gains via ligament stretching. However, as I understand it, length gains via tunica stretching require a different strategy, correct?

I have to determine my LOT. I know, I know, I’ll do it tonight I swear! But I have this feeling already that any length gains I get will have to be from tunica stretching. My penis has always extended at a perfect right angle from my body - not an upward angle pointing towards the head. As I understand it, an upward angle indicates plenty of “inner dick”, and those that have pulled out the “inner dick” have seen an increase in length as well as a decrease in erection angle.

Since my erection points straight forward, I believe I have little inner dick to begin with, and that any length gains would have to come from tunica stretching. But, tonight I’m really going to sit down in front of the archives, find the thread on determining LOT, and get down to it. Then I’ll know for sure, or as sure as one can be with an endeavour that’s never been scientifically studied.

Doesn’t that amaze you? There should be research on this. I don’t know who would fund it, but certainly there must be groups that would have a vested interest in the sexual health of men. You would think that a condom company might have fronted the money for a study on the effects of regular jelqing by now.

If you have the time, could you please explain to me what the LOT is.
Also, as you were saying about length gains coming from intense daily routines, 6-7 days, could you reply with a breakdown, of a workout you could recomend. Duration, type of excercise, with a brief explanation on procedure.
The excercises I know for length are: two way, jelking.
Stretches to do with the tunica, I wouldn`t have a clue.
It would be much appreciated.

I now know why I haven`t had great length gains, I`ve been working girth more than length. I only really know of 2 genuine excercises for length, and I haven`t done alot of jelking.

Dino9X7 is right when he said that shorter 30-40 minute workouts for girth is enough.
I also know from experience, that 90-95% erect jelking has worked wonders for girth along with horses.

Basically what I did here was pick out a few threads from a search about
DLD Blasters, and I put in the user to search for as DoubleLongDaddy.

Make sure you read the threads all the way through as there are plenty of more helpful hints within them. And as always be careful!

You have to read Bib’s lot theory, it’s not easily explained. I mostly do hanging for length with the bib and if you want a bib get it fast while bib is still making them. I also do some blasters and basic manual stretches. You can follow those links above to see how to do a blaster. If you start hanging take your time and work up in weight, I seem to have over did it again and I’m retaining fluid. So I’m taking a few off I might have to rethink my 6/7 day plan.

Look at my sig again, there isn’t a measurement for FBP. Dunno what it was, sorry. :(

And I barely did any exercises until I thought I had the “A”-Stretch down, that length I got from ebp I believe is due to these within the last week, alone.

I know it’s only been one day but since my last measurement, but I have been doing the “A”-Stretch and other things and man is my dick long. :D

Can’t wait until next measurement. Maybe I will have to do a bi-weekly one.

edit: I will put ‘???’ in where I didn’t have a measurement before, sorry about that.
