HGH Effect On Gains

HGH Effect On Gains

I have been experimenting with intermittent fasting for the last month or so in conjunction with a ketogenic diet. Usually fast for ~16 hours a day, with a half hour walk at the end before finally eating lunch, but I have also done three 24 hour fasts, the last of which was with a full weight lifting workout at the end.

At the same time, my PE routine has been pretty constant for the last 3 months.

Now, I have also lost weight, but my wife has lately been commenting on how much bigger I feel. She knows I do PE, and had reported an increase in size months before, before we started the ketogenic diet, exercise, and IF.

This got me thinking about how intermittent fasting, and especially fasted exercise, increases HGH (human growth hormone) levels, and now I’m wondering whether HGH can be responsible for the recent size increase, or rather acceleration of gains.

Anyone with more knowledge on the subject care to weigh in on the possibility HGH can affect gains?

I do understand that exercise and healthier diet by themselves can increase blood circulation and heart health, which could result in bigger, harder erectione, and that losing weight (fat pad) also yields a visual increase in size.

I am not sure if it has helped make my my cock bigger, but I feel good eating once every 24 hours.

I agree, with IF I feel better, more energetic, and more clear-headed. But fasting 24 hours is still a bit difficult for me. Only 3 times so far. But it is a relevation that one can skip breakfast, including coffee, and actually feel more awake, energetic, and just better, than with a big breakfast+coffee.

Ofcourse its beneficial , hgh is helping you recover faster from the PE sessions.

God is good.

It’s funny you wrote this now because I was considering writing an article about a routine I started about a month ago to break my plateau but included IF (Intermittent Fasting); proper Macros; and the exercise routine were all going to be part of my recommendations.

But to answer your thread; IF has been found to produce up to 5x higher NATURAL HGH hormone levels in individuals who practiced for at least 5 days. Honestly I could talk about IF alone all day. But higher levels of HGH contribute to muscle retention, gains, and fat loss. This coupled with proper macronutrients goals will absolutely aid in growth.

What would be your suggested macronutrient dosage?
i know a bout gaba, melatonin, 5 htp, and dhea, as far as hgh specific stuff.

Restarting Muh Gains, may brodin guide my cock.

Like Wrath, I could talk about IF all day. I love it, it’s a lifestyle of mine that has helped me level up as a man on this earth.

Here’s a thread that I made months back, about this same exact subject. There’s a good amount of discussion in it, as well as information.

Intermittent Fasting Help To Gain Size Faster Due To Higher HGH Levels

Updated- BPEL-7.75 NBPEL-7.2 MEG-5

*GOAL- BPEL-8 NBPEL-7.5 MEG-5.5* My journey —>New Guy In Town Progress Report

Hey, I’m new here but not to HGH. In theory, HGH should help gains due to faster recovery times. I cycle IGF-1 four times a year and run MK-677 everyday. My recovery is unbelievably fast. I actually recovered from a grade 2 LCL strain in 3 days. I haven’t started PE yet, but plan on it very soon.

GENTLEMEN >>>> Where do we find REAL information on Intermittent Fasting?

And an actual program? Where did you guys find all the info you needed?

I have heard of this.. But it still seems insane to me. Someone needs to explain to me — how you guys are NOT passing out all the time AND ALSO>>> How do you guys do Intermittent Fasting IF YOU HAVE A HARD CORE MANUAL LABOR JOB? I have a hard core manual labor job that uses a TON of calories and I don’t know how you guys don’t pass out from that? Would you just eat MORE CALORIES in the 8 hour window?

THANKS A MILLION

I’ve used MK677 at a dose roughly equivalent to 0.7 IU a day and it made no difference. Purely anecdotal, obviously.

There is no actual program. And that’s the sheer beauty of it.

Regarding information: google Dr. Jason Fung for the medical aspects. Or leangains.com, if you’re interested in the athletic side of fasting.

In theory it would. I’ve wondered this myself and implemented it myself for a few months. Unfortunately at the time I was stretching all wrong and completely wasting my time with incorrect message.

From what I understand about both PE and HGH, this is my hypothesis on why it would be effective.

Hyperplasia is the multiplying of cells. This is what is thought to be gained from the injections of HGH as an adult. Hence why it is used in body building. When you’re building muscle your tearing down the muscle strands and they are being rebuilt bigger and stronger in order to withstand the higher level of stress. So when a bodybuilder plateus and can no longer grow, they introduce HGH to stimulate the multiplication of cells, allowing the tissues to continue to gain new size.

An unfortunate side effect is that hyperplasia occurs in all the tissues in the body, causing distended guts, growth of hands and feet. Even the skull can grow.

Common misconception with new PE’ers is relating penis growth with muscle growth. Which is not what we’re doing here. We are going for hyperplasia in the tissue, not muscle hypertrophy.

By over stretching the tissues we are causing micro tears. The cells multiply to fill in the gaps and heal. Atleast this is how I understand PE and believe that it works.

Therefor elevated HGH would increase hyperplasia rates and promote PE gains.. In theory.

The problem is, we really can’t prove if this information is true or not, because the only true experiment to prove all this would kill the subject or just be possible all together. Every person and creature is created differently. If you chopped off both our arms, cut the biceps open and counted every single muscle strand, we would have completely different count.

So the only way to test the HGH to hyperplasia theory would be to cut that arm off, count strands. Reattach arm, apply HGH and cell damage. Then cut it off and recount.

So really the jury is out on if it is effective for bodybuilding, or other spot growth treatments.

I did read about an interesting study. Where a weight was tied to a birds wing where they let it hang for an extended amount of time. On dissection of the bird they found 90% more muscle fibers, that were 300% bigger on the weighted wing when compared to the other. Although fiber counts from one side of the body to the other still won’t be exact, the difference is hard to dispute

So that would lead us to believe that hyperplasia is induced by physical strain. Obviously results may differ with humans so the study is inconclusive as far as PE is concerned.

So you will read on the internet studies and doctors who say it is all false and it’s hard to know who to believe.

I’ve been in bodybuilding a really long time and regardless of what some studies say, I’ve seen the power of HGH first hand and I know it’s very effective in growing tissues that aren’t supposed grow anymore.

So if we are inducing hyperplasia by stretching the tunica and other tissues it would only make sense that a hormone that causes this process to rapidly increase would be beneficial.

Although I can prove none of this scientifically. My hundreds of hours of studying leads me to believe this is most likely the case, and makes logical sense to me.

So I’m going with it

I combine IF with a ketogenic diet which switches your source of energy from carbs and sugar to fat.

Since you ALWAYS have a plentiful supply of fat stores on your body, once you switch to using it for energy, your energy levels are much more steady throughout the day even if you aren’t eating. When your body needs energy, it just taps your stored fat.

The only thing this doesn’t work very well for is sprinters and bicyclists who use tremendous amounts of energy in relatively short periods of time. For typical manual labor that lasts all day, but isn’t as intense as let’s say running, using ketones (fat) for energy works very well.

I could walk all day on an empty stomach these days.

I actually transitioned from a 16-8 schedule of intermittent fasting to just one meal a day (dinner), which is after my workout.

I do a half hour-45min walk during my lunch, and then go to the gym and work our hard for a couple of hours after I get off work, and only then eat, and I don’t get tired or feel like I’d pass out. I actually prefer fasted workouts now.

And I’ve dropped 55lb in 6 months while adding significantly to my muscle mass.
Went from 269lb to 214lb and from not being able to do a single pull up to being able to do 6 in a row with good form. My incline bench went from barely being able to do 5reps with 50lb dumbbells to 7reps with 85lb dumbbells.

On the other hand, I haven’t been PEing because I have a lot less free time lately :(
