Monty, regarding your lig comments. Is it possible to gain length from tunica stretching? Like mem’s routine targets? Seems I’ve been doing inverted v stretches and definitely gained length. But I’m also using weights a few times a week (8-10lbs for about 20), clamping and jelqing as well.
