Has anyone got length from a jelq only routine

I have been experimenting with different types of jelqing recently, as I found myself in dire need of a de conditioning break and so I have been sticking to jelqing to maintain and discovered all sorts of ways to exercise my unit this way.

I was just wondering if anyone has gotten additional length by just jelqing?


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I have gotten length with just jelquing. I got girth along with it but I got length as well with no stretching.

Ok, so you are saying that you got both length and girth?

I’m not sure how Jelqing would compare to the permanent gains of stretching or hanging; but you are pulling on your penis when you Jelq so there is some stretching going on there.

I’d still prefer stretching, clamping and/or pumping over Jelqing simply because they’re hands free and you can work, read a book, watch TV, etc. while doing your PE.

Yes, sorry to be confusing. I threw it in there in case you were looking for length only. I got both length and girth gains from jelquing alone.

Thanks for the clarification nowhereman, I needed the encouragement to stick with jelq only for now as I’ve been toying with the idea of hanging for a while now, to the point where I’ve begun to design my own hanging clamp, but I understand that hanging can kill your EQ if you aren’t careful and so I would prefer to be patient about my “rise” to 8” if at all possible.

And by the way, since I began experimenting with different types of wet jelqing, my EQ is through the roof, another reason to continue with them.

Just out of curiousity, why no stretching?

Well, I spent my first year using a mechanical stretcher in a hot bath and got great results. Since then I’ve had only the smallest of gains (1/8”) and so I concluded that I have probably plateaued and so I took a break.

After the break I went back to the stretcher and clamped and so on, and measured no further increase in length at all after six months.

I took a further few months off and then tried manual stretching in the bath for a while and still no measurable growth in length and I found some lessening in EQ as well which concerned me.

Since I began jelqing and noticed immediate improvement in my EQ and so I’ve stuck with it for the EQ and was hoping that I would see some length growth as well.

I got good gains all around from jelqing only during my first year; I do a combination of jelqs and pumping now, which has given me good increase in my EQ and soft length.

I think you’ll need to do some fulcrum stretches along with a jelqing routine A unit. You seem conditioned enough jelqing alone won’t do much unless you go hardcore looking for girth and throw in squeezes and bends but you’re after length. So attack the length in another way ;)

Thanks Audacia. I have been contemplating hanging for a while now and have a clamp design that I’m going to build.

In the meantime I will search fulcrum stretches and incorporate them in my work-outs.

If you can win with only jelquing length but be extended to achieve the tunic.

Only grows until it fills extended.

a-unit, how long would you stay in the hot bath with the stretcher? How many times a week?

The sessions would typically be a half hour to 45 minutes, five times a week.

Yes,
I think I have gotten quite a bit from jelqing. Now, I haven’t gone for any significant length of time doing a PE routine of exclusive jelqs… but my basic routine is about 90% jelqs and I have gained almost 1.5” BPEL in 4 years and I would attribute 90% of that to jelqing.


2008 Starting size: 5.25 BPEL, 5.5 girth, vol. 12.7

2009 Plateau reached 6.5 BPEL, 6.0 girth, vol. 18.6

2012 Resumed PE 6.7 BPEL, 6.0 girth, Vol=19.2 Goal: it's all about the volume: Vol. > 20
