Does hanging eliminate or drastically lower the need for manual stretches? I have an issue of free time and am trying to consolidate my routine.

If the answer is no, are there any suggestions to shorten the lenth of time needed without drastically ruining the results? I’m up for about anything. Trust me, I’m one of those people who jumps at good advice.
