Pumping, hanging, stretching, what gave you best results?
I’ve been jelqing and clamping on and off for about a year with no real gains. Maybe a little bit bigger veins and bigger flacid but that’s is about it. I am going to start one of the other 3 methods to try and get some results. What have you all found to give the best results for either girth or lenght? I’ll take anything I can get at this point. My wife will be gone for 6 weeks soon so I’ll have a lot of free time to experiment.
