Growth Signs

OK since the last thread was becoming more song than signs I thought it would be good to start a new thread.

So let me ask this:
For those working on length, what feeling do you experience when after you do your exercises that make you believe your in that growing zone?
For those working on girth, same question?

I’ve experienced a tingling and itching sensation the day after my exercises. I’m only working on length for now.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Maybe a poll is well worth?

I’d do a poll if I knew what those working or girth feel after their exercise which makes them believe they are in that growth zone.

For length: internal itching 1-3 days after. Like when you have had surgery and the muscles they cut through are healing and itch deep in the tissue.

My urethra has a sensation in it as well. In the area of the head. Kind of a ache, almost a pain. I assume that it is growing to try to keep up or something like that. Again, this is 1-3 days after a workout.

I have other things that I think tell me I did it right, but when I get these two I know for sure, 100%, that I am growing. I have never had them when I didn’t gain, and vice versa.

These are slight sensations, never what I would call pain. The urethra thing gets close, maybe call it discomfort.
The itching is a definite sensation, but never anything that bothers me, and I wouldn’t call it pain.

I shy away from any tingling. It is hard to understand the word tingling. It could be tingling that is from nerves, or tingly from being excited or the beginning of an erection.

Ok, I have an idea of what to look for with regards to length, but now I am wondering about growth. What are the signs some experience when in that growth zone after exercising?

Abit unrelated but would any one have any knoledege about running a body building routine alongside a pe routine would effect the rate of growth from pe? Thanks.

Welcome on TP, henchmofo. A bodybuilding routine will not affect the rate of growth (assuming that you preserve enough energy to do your PE routine).

I think increased veins are a sign of growth.


My starting stats, NBPEL 5.75", BPEL 6.75", MSEG 5.00" Most guys walk up and stick it in, when I'm finished here I'm going to stick it in and walk up :)

The most obvious sign of growth is a bigger dick.

I would say that a good sign for growth of the tissues is more frequent erections, as this is the bodies way of increasing oxygen supply to the growing tissues…

Post jelq flaccid that nice and fat and longer than usual. Or your jelqed semi erect penis is as long or longer than your 100% erection.

Well if you get lig pops, and feel sore around where your suspensory ligament is located, I would say that’s an indication of good lig stretching and length gains to come.

Lig-pos have no relations with growth.
