Is ejaculation generally encouraged or discouraged while being on a PE program. I remember a long time ago when I was on a PE site they said stay away from ejaculating during PE because it will take away the necessary testosterone needed to have gains in PE. I’m thinking that “could” be true.

But also I’m thinking that having and sustaining an erection for the length of time it takes to masturbate “could” be good circulation for the penis to stay healthy and also good for prostate. What do you think? …When’s the worst, most gain inhibiting time you could masturbate in a PE schedule?

I would say there is no definite answer and probably won’t be, but in my personal opinion take some time between PE workouts and any ejaculation. Basically give your penis a little time to rest and then you can have at it.

What I have found to be effective as well if you have lots of time to kill, is after you get a good pump from PE try to stay erect a good 30-60+ mins to improve your cardio and help the penis get some blood and nutrients and then have at it. That seems to help me avoid any ill effects.

I too try to get a good hard on after a session if I have the time. It seems to me as this would be beneficial for gains for the same reasons Tom Foolery mentioned above and also because the penis will be fully expanded for a certain period of time. I don’t do it for 30 to 60 mins though.

I would have to say during since it might make you less motivated to keep PE:ing and it can make it more difficult to get hard during girth work and such. Ejaculating before PE can help you stay flaccid during stretching excersizes, the only draw back about this is that your dick might be a little more sensitive than usual. I see no reason why ejaculation after PE would hinder gains though.

By the way I was just thinking, why not try a good edging session after a PE work out? What are other people’s thoughts on this?

Myself, I do some erect work so I don’t like to ejaculate during this part of my PE since it affects my ability to get an erection. However, after I do ejaculate I find that a slow steady jelq will give a good “pump” and I don’t get a full erection from it, so there are benefits either way. This question has been discussed many times in the past and will probably be discussed again.

I have recently gained half an inch in about 1-2 months worth of dedicated PE… and almost every time I ejaculated beforehand. I get erections pretty easily (horny guy? lol), so I’m practically forced to ejaculate before I can do some stretching… and I have gained quite a bit and still am gaining length.

So I’d have to say no. But that’s just in my experience.

What about trying balloning, see other posts, then you could keep an erection for 30-60 min at max size then if you must ejeculate, but you will find you can have dry orgasmes. The best of both worlds.

I also like to get nice and hard after my PE routine and masturbate for as long as possible, mainly just to enjoy my post PE size and also to try to cement the gains by staying large for as long as possible. I find, that for some reason if I cum at the end of these sessions, I stay longer and thicker for the rest of the day compared to when I don’t cum. Initially when I don’t cum at the end of a session I stay very large for say an hour or so, but then tend to lose the post PE effect, but when I cum, I might get a little smaller initially, but then stay larger throughout the day.

I’ve wondered this as well, but I think either choice doesn’t matter too much. The main gains will be a result of the exercises, not from having wood, right? If I don’t cum, sure my wang will be filled and ready (which might offer some minor benefit), but after edging six or seven times, it’s almost torture not to…it can’t be helped, so I say “enjoy.”
