Does stretching improve girth gains?

I would like to know if people who don`t stretch but only jelq got any decent girth gains (.25¨-.50¨). From time to time I see some people who seem to think so. What do you guys think?

Yeah! The first month of PEing, I did a lot of jelqing, alot more than stretching, I got girth gains.

Lol daboogies, thanks for telling me…yeah it does not make sense at all. Let me rephrase this : I hear from time to time some people who seem to think that stretching + jelqing improve girth gains. Does anyone agree with this? (jelqing alone has not given me any girth gains so far)

:D Jelqing definitely improves girth gains and “possibly” helps a little with length gains.

You said jelqing alone has not given you any girth gain, hmmm… I’m wondering how you jelq. Mind to tell?
Well, than you might have to change something in your jelqing routine, for example like the numbers of stroke, the pressure of jelqing or try dry jelq if you’re ready for it.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

I dry jelq with slow high pressure stroke (3-5 secs). I usually keep a fairly hard erection (75-80%). This last for about 30 to 40 mins (2on-1off routine).

Ive also tried wet jelqing in the past, also with faster strokes, but did not see any improvement either.

I’m totally clueless heh.

I have done wet jelqing with some stretching since I started. I am finding girth gains really hard to achieve but doing really well on the length front (see my stats in the PE database). Most people seem to find girth easier than length!

When you stretch before jelqing, it allows your penis to be pliable and able to get a better expansion for when you jelq. Better expansion = better micro-tears = better gains.

A lot of guys that do advanced girth routines forget to stretch before they clamp, squeeze, etc…. I stretch before everything….even hanging! :)

It does make sense, and it does work. Results speak wonders, and practically everyone I have suggest this to has come back to tell me that they are getting better results from it. RoomtoGrow is one of these, and he believes in it so much after I told him that he relays it to all the guys he talks to. It isn’t going to give you an inch of girth off the bat, but instead of 1/4” gain maybe you’ll get 3/8”. Every little bit will add up. Happy PEing! :thumbs:

Well, I might be the unlucky here, but after a stretching session, my penis
always turtles (shrinks below my natural flaccid size).

Any idea how I could keep it (at least a bit) enlarged lengthwise ?

You are more than likely stretching too hard or for too long. I’d bet the farm on it.

Thanks for the answer, My longest stretching session was about 30mins (no more blood flow to glans), and I only stretch for the PM to allow 2 lines visible, so I don’t
think it is too hard.

… but I regularly hear from people wearing ADS for like 6-9 hours a day.

I wonder what torture those guys have to withstand, and if it ain’t bad for the glans and the nerves right below them.

They get used to it. I wore an ADS two days (testing) and it wasn’t all that bad, pretty heavy though, tomorrow I’m going to try lighter version, with rectangular metal pieces and a metal bar wrapped in between the Ace bandage. Then use velcro straps to hold them so they dont fall out of my pants. ;) After a while I probably wont even notice it, its just something to stop it from completely retracting.

The stretch may be too intense or the grip you have on your penis may be too tight. 30 minutes is too long for a stretch.

The people that wear ADS for 6-9 hours wear it in 1-1.5 hour intervals. 5 sets of 1.5 hours would be 7.5 hours of ADS, but they would have had about 10-15 minutes in between each set.

Agreed. I use ballooning rather than stretching to get myself pliable and expanded, but it amounts to the same thing: more effective PE afterwards.
