Girth Exercises For Length Gains?

Well it’s been awhile since my last post. I recently moved and haven’t had much time for anything lately. Now that I’m settled in and picking up my PE in earnest again I have a question I’d like to pose to the forum. As I understand it girth routines are designed to expand the tunica. Correct? So we force more blood into this area and create micro tears. Now if you were to do a girth exercise like clamping or perhaps jelqing, followed by a length routine like hanging or stretching and shortly after applying an ADS or traction wrap wouldn’t the microtears caused by the girth routine then be forced to heal in a lengthened state. What I’m getting at is that micro tears are just the damaged tissue. After that isn’t it up to us to determine the direction they heal in? I’m aware that girth routines toughen the tunica but what if a stretch is applied directly after a girth routine before it is fully healed? You might wind up with a tougher tunica, but wouldn’t it also be longer as well? Has anyone tried this or any variation of it? What were your results if any? If I’m making any false assumptions here please let me know because I’m considering this for my routine.

I’m going to run down the list of possible reasons this thread got no response.

a) It’s redundant.
b) The title is too boring.
c) Everyone was having so much fun in The Dive I got 86ed.
d) No one has ever tried this or even thought about it.

In all seriousness though some feedback would be appreciated even to just point me in the directon of a thread that may have covered this. I did look first, but there is a lot of info to sift through and it’s concievable I missed it or just didn’t use the right search criteria.

V, It seems plausible-I don’t personally do all of that after my routine-which is 90%girth based- but I do jelqs (70%girth and 30% length) to get some length out of my girth routine.

I wear my extender after my workout. My workout: 5-6 min stretching, and 200 wet jelks.

I have been doing this kind of routine for 3-4 months (+600 hours with the extender).

Increase: FSL 2,3 cm, EL about 2 cm, EG 0,5-1 cm midbase, +2 cm at the base.

The reason for not getting any response from me about your theori, is simply that I dont know :)

I have been waiting for others that are more experienced with PE to answer.

I understand different intensity for different purposes with jelqs, But what I’m saying is no matter what you do to breakdown the tunica how it heals is all about how you set it like a bone. Meaning if you jelq at 70% or 30% it shouldn’t mattter when you stretch it out in the end and set it that way for hours it should heal in it’s lengthened state. I personally believe that girth exercises are the most effective for tunica breakdown the rest is about get the cells to fill in the gaps in the right direction. About the avatar, I think in the larger picture you actually can see the nipple.:0

Thanks for chiming in anyway.Out of curiousity how long after your workouts do you wear the extender and do you place it on immediately after. I know you gave me hours but I couldn’t figure out the math. Do you workout everday or do you have off days? and if so do you wear the extender on your off days? Sorry for the inquisition but it might help me figure out the time frame for healing periods.

I’ve experienced length gains of 3/4” from clamping with no girth gains.
So I guess I healed in a length way, like you were explaining.
I also stretch and jelq. So maybe these lead to my length gains from clamping.

The problem as I see it is that you may be creating a problem for yourself. The question needs to be asked if whether or not a larger volume of penis is harder to stretch then a smaller one. Girth is rather easily obtained hense why most guys will go after the length they want then work on girth later. If you build girth and try for length at the same time then you might be painting yourself into a corner. With out the ligs getting lengthened at a rate greater then the girth gains you could find a pretty tough unit to stretch as the tunica becomes more resistive.

That’s highly unusual. I havent head anyone get a result like that.

When you pull something which then tears because of it you will get tears perpendicular to the the direction of the force applied. So with girth exercises you would get vertical microtears (in the direction of the shaft), which would not give you any expansion lengthwise nor can they be converted to length microtears and vice versa.

Lengthexercises don’t target girth at all, (unless you use a hanger that clamps the sides) however girthexercises do target length a little bit, because of expansion from within. Also they give you a fuller hang for a while. An expansion from girthexercises also makes it harder to stretch or hang. So imo it seems more logical when combining length and girth exercises to first do length and end with girth.

I have no idea why people say girth is easier to obtain than length and that’s why you should start with length. Most gain more length than girth. Also if more girth means it’s harder to gain length the opposite would be true also. I think it’s better to combine both in your routine or alternate. Otherwise you might end up reaching 1 goal and not come even close to your other one.

I put it on immediately after my workout. I workout almost everyday, but I do take a day off when I feel that I need a break/rest. It is a very light workout.

I wear it for several hours after my workout.

I wear the extender all day every day, I only take short breaks, as long as I am at home an dont have friends over I wear it. My average is 6-8 hours a day, not including breaks. I find it impossible to hide under the clothes.

When going for my length goal first, do you think it is okay to jelk almost everyday (200 light ones), or will this make it more difficult?

Also, I have gained a lot of base girth, is this normal when using an extender? have this happened to you?
and if so what did you do to even the girth out?
