Been away.now back looking for girth gains
I was around for around 6 months last year - and through some serious jelquing/stretching and a little bit of clamping, I got some really nice gains in EL (around 1 inch in total). I havent worked out my fella for around 4 months now and the length has stayed with me :)
Now, I’m back and am wanting to add some girth (currently at 5.2 inch circumference). My time these days is somewhat limited (hence the lay off!) and so I can’t really get as into things as before.
Has there been any new breakthroughs re girth that I need to be up on? What are the very best exercises for adding girth guys?
