Do red dots become permanent

I get red dots easy. Even by just stretching.

I never really worried about them, but when I did my decon break, I

Noticed they didn’t go away.

My dick looks pretty banged up, even though it isn’t.

I don’t know if this is considered discoloration, but I have little bruise poka-dots all over my shaft, and I hoped they would’ve gone away by now.

But then again, if I keep exercising they won’t go away.

I don’t really even want my dick to be seen, because it looks like I had some horrible std.

Anybody else get this easily.

Maybe it is an STD…? I’m not aware of your sex-life so I can’t give any dependable advice there.

Have you applied any form of healing ointment or medication to try and combat the red dots? I would suggest that if you haven’t done so already.

No, I know it’s not an std.

I only get them from pe. I burst the little capillaries easily.

I’m not sure of any ointments that would heal this, since it is burst vessels.

I’m under the impression that they’re quite close to the surface of the skin though, so I thought some creams may help. There’s a chance they won’t though, best to get a more professional opinion than mine.

Poco, sorry man, that is discoloration. I’m getting it too. Generally they will go away if once you get them, you let them heal. If don’t let them heal and start PE shortly after, they permanently discolor your skin. Here is your option:

Shedding the Snake: Peeling to Remove Discoloration

As long as I know that’s what it is, then I’m cool with it.
Like I said, I get it easy, so it’s pointless to do anything now.
But at least I see where to look when I reach my goals.
Thanks for the info.

I find that red spots tend to reoccur unless you take a long break.

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

I get red dots, or worse rather easily too. Usually from things that increase the internal pressure (relative internal pressure), so pumping, clamping or jelquing.

They range from tiny to big blotches depending on the amount of pressure. I take them as a good indicator of when to back off. I think a few the size of a pin head are fine, more than that…too much pressure!

As you know, these are busted blood vessels, and its you bodys way of saying that you are at your sensible limits…don’t go farther.

I find if I work up slowly for a few weeks, I can push the pressure higher and not increase them. You give your bloodvessels a chance to adapt.

I know that quercitin also helps with the vessel wall strength, especially it you combine it with vitamin C.

I usually don’t get them stretching, unless I turn the stretch into a jelque (trap blood and force expansion), so see if you are creating too much pressure with trapped blood when you stretch.

I think you should let them heal completely before restarting, then gradually work up. Try and avoid creating them, I don’t think its a good thing to have. These red dots are different from discoloration, they are broken blood vessels, discoloration is the deposition of hemosiderin, which is iron from blood that gets trapped in the tissues.

I don’t thing either one is good, but discoloration is ok with some guys, but I think broken blood vessels aren’t something you want to keep doing.
Good luck.

I wish I didn’t get them so easy. I don’t trap blood when I stretch, it is usually the first thing I do, so it is at it’s most flaccid.

I also do not apply much pressure on most exercises, only 440’s and clamping.

Odd thing is, clamping has never given me red dots, and I use two. I get more dots stretching than clamping, which makes no sense.

I only get them on higher pressure pumping, which I hardly ever do.

But my jelqing/stretching/440’s/uli’s, they all spot my dick up.

.

Sparkyx is right I believe.

Be cautious with these. I have gotten them a lot from jelqing only because I don’t do it as often as clamping. I use to get dark purple spots very easy. Unfortunately I did not back off as much as I should have and now I am left with scars. Seems the pigment in the skin is now gone. The area is white now. And in multiple spots. Not only that when I get a good workout in the edges of that area turn dark very easy thus making it even worse. And thus far they seem to be permanent. I have looked high and low for info on this to fix it and can not find anything. So I would back off for a day or two. Something that does help is running warm to hot water over your unit while massaging it. This does get the surface blood flowing good and makes them disappear in no time.

Cool.

Good stuff, I’ll try that. Thanks all.

I have come back from a 2 week layoff. I was clamping and forcing the clamp as close to my pelvic bone as possible (like always). My dick became enormous fat. I am just under 5.5 EG and usually get 5.75-.8 when clamped. My wife was in awe and measured my girth, I was 6.125. Hey, that is huge for me and has never gotten that big and hasn’t since. After the exercises my dick was still swollen a couple hours later, you know, fat. During the night, my dick itched a lot. I got up to look at it and it had 7 red dots, so I decided to take 2 days off. They had turned white so I started clamping again, although I didn’t get as huge (dam), but afterwards, the white dots turned red again. I took 2 weeks off the dots turned white and I still have the white dots. Oh well.

My red spots permanent also. They turned black and just stay the same.

I have PE` on/off for two years. I have experienced thrombosed veins as well due to intense girth work.

No discoloration or permanent red dots at all. I guess it is individual.

I just got my first red dots and they were from stretching. I really hope they go away quickly and that I do not get them again for a long time because I do not want a girl to ever see my dick with these spots on it — it looks unhealthy, abnormal, std-ish. If I switch to only light stretching, doing hanging with vac hanger instead, maybe I will be able to avoid them in the future.

Could someone explain better the idea (as sparkyx expresses above, for example) that red dots are unrelated to discoloration? I get that discoloration is from iron deposits left behind by trapped blood and that red spots are from broken capillaries. Would not blood that’s trapped in unusual places be caused by broken capillaries? That seems like the logical cause to me.
