Blood red dots on shaft

After a hard jelqing session today I noticed 10 blood red dots on my shaft, man is it scaring me, I was just wondering if any body has ever had any blood red dots on their shaft and does anyone know how long it will take for them to go away.

That was really helpful, Who would have thought hanging 8 pounds of your pecker for 30 min and nothing but 5 min of power jelqing and now I’m out for about a week or until the spots go away.
