I have read many commentators Seniors about the importance of warming to have good gains and prevent injuries. What about IR Lamp. But I have many doubts about what to buy and how to use.
I was thinking of buying this, sold in my country>>

Please help clarify my doubts. Thank you and all success!

What lamp RI do you use?

-Which lamp RI?

- Which IR lamp?

-How much? How?

- Distance in which to use?

- How long can it be used?

- Know that the heat in the testicle is not good. How to avoid the heat there?

-How to make application?

- For how long?

- There is danger of injury / burn?

- How many Watts is ideal for PE? 250WATTS?.

I use a 150W IR bulb ($10-15) and a clamp on type lamp ($10-15) from a hardware store. Total cost $20-30 for continuous heat to the groin area. I have been using it for about 9 months and it works great for me.

It was brought up a couple times but I guess no posters stick around long enough to share their gains

Most gains everyone talked about on this thread was just flaccid

Yes, I’m sure loads of guys here have made great length gains - look in some of the ‘success story’ threads.

I’ve gained at least an inch myself from jelqing and manual stretching.

I’ve definitely made gains in both erect length and girth. My PEing suffers greatly from inconsistency due to scheduling and privacy conflicts, but I’ve still managed to gain 0.6” in erect length.

I think the absolute most important thing in PE is consistency, just like any other form of exercise. If you expect to see improvements/gains, then you must follow a strict regiment and not fall into the trap of convenience because a few days off here and a few weeks off there wipe clean any gains you were producing.

Damn, why didn’t I ever pay attention to this earlier, I’m getting an infrared lamp asap….

I have made over 1” gains by the way. I was like 15cm years ago and now I am at 18cm, which is 7”kinda. I gained more on girth than length though. Lengh is in Bone Pressed Erectile Length.

I just got my heat lamps and did heating before jelq and before stretching. My flaccid was huge compared to the days before I used heat lamps for the first time. I believe this is a holy grail addition to my PE routine.

Do you have any additional feedback in how the IR heating worked out for you?

I doubt you will get a reply form a post that was made almost 10 years ago, but today we have the science. The temperature application was correct all a long, but it wasn’t scientifically approached. Today we know what are the therapeutic temperatures needed, for how long, and how to measure and track progress. That thing about applying an IR lamp or a rice sock or hot water works but it has to be approached with the proper parameters if you are serious about it.

The IR heating was said to be more than just a deeper penetrating form of heat. It’s said to provide benefits at the cellular level and benefit growth of capillaries, nerves, collagen. There is also discussion that it provides some rejuvenation of the skin.

Also ten years ago we were scientific about it. We knew that 104 degrees was a magic number. We knew heat helped. Most guys were just too lazy to ensure that the Temps are stabilized as close to 104 as possible because it’s alot of work. We didn’t write things in a medical journal format around here because we condensed the information into the useful bits.

I believe some guys attempted to monitor internal temperature at 104 degrees, but the external burn from the light to reach that heat internally is unbearable. I believe manko’s performed this experiment with an urethral probe thermocouple.
