I never forgot what she said, not even during warm-up for soccer games back in Germany.
I broke my upper leg back in ‘78 and my mother didn’t allow the docs to operate. “You’re not cutting my son up,…” she screamed. :-s
So I was strapped into a, what I call, “Reverse Z” device. My legs were bent at a 90 degree angle for about 3.5 mo’s. After I got off, I was unable to strech both my legs/knees beyond that 90 degree angle. I might have made it to a mere 85 degrees, but not much more.
After months of physical therapy, to stretch my inner knee ligs back to their original length, I was able to walk. Good, huh? :thumbs:
Anyways, I applied the same principle I’ve learned in 1978 to the lig stretch exercises I do today to lengthen my dick:
I only do my entire streching workouts under a direct and constant heat source, like hot water in the shower (stream directly applied to the ligs) or using the heat from an infrared lamp, directed towards my groin area during the duration of my workout, may it be jelqing, stretching, horses or Uli’s….
The only thing I don’t do after each workout is a warm/cool-down or warmed cool-down. Nothing.
I went from 5.85” a month ago, flaccid, to 6.5” flaccid today.
