pumps vs hangers vs power jelqer wich works best?

I started pumping in my mid 20’s. I did not really follow any program, just pumped when i felt like it. Over a periode of 10 years my penis grew about 1 cm in length.
Then I learned how to jelq on the internet. After one and a half year of jelqing (with more than 6 months off), I gained about 1.3 cm in length.
I also hung weights for some months. This didn’t do anything at all for me.

So I go for jelqing.
