Correcting attitudes in PE.

Correcting attitudes in PE.

I think, that PE guidance have lost some of it’s original point. This is mainly because of the guru attitude.

Good example about this is thing called conditioning. People say, that “condition your dick, so you can use more advanced and more effective methods”, used by the “gurus”.
This is how it should be said in most cases: When basic exercises don’t work anymore, then use the advanced methods.

Need to use advanced methods comes as a result, that nothing else works anymore. So it shouldn’t be presented as a goal, it is just unwanted result.

So, talking about conditioning is wrong, if your goal is to enlarge your penis and not just use some fancy advanced methods. I am not saying, that there is anything wrong in using advanced methods, but they shouldn’t be the goal.
They are just methods among many others.

Conditioning as presented in here, is making tissues to become more harder in your penis and so it makes enlarging your penis even harder. Is this desirable?

For bigger and healthier dicks, we should forget the whole “conditioning” thing. Although the “conditioning” being the biggest issue, I think, that we should ask ourselves when we do something, that what are we trying to achieve from doing it? Does it serve our goal?

NEW newbie + advanced routine

Excellent post and assessment. Conditioning is a balancing act. Too much and growth will take too long and too much effort; too little and risk injury instead of growth. If we are to take ‘conditioning’ at face value, theoretically one could grow as fast under the Newbie Routine as they could under any other advanced routine. If they balance their conditioning level.

The fact is if someone can’t handle simple exercises like jelqing then they shouldn’t be attempting to pump or hang or clamp. Furthermore, its like lifting a weight (although I know the penis isn’t a muscle).

If you’re just starting to weight train you’re not going to bench press 250lb right away, you’re going to work up to that weight.

In short: You have to crawl before you run.

Its a good point, most people see the newbie routine as a pain before they can get to these advanced exercises. People assume these advanced exercises mean fast big gains. Which isn’t the case. This is totally a balancing act, and that’s why Xeno’s IPR theory is looking more and more attractive each time I read the entire thread.

I wish there was a way we could try and express that usually people gain really well in the newbie routine for the first 3 months. I just don’t think that aligns with human nature at all.

Either you missed the point totally or I don’t understand what you are saying.

NEW newbie + advanced routine

I’m also not a fan of self proclaimed guruism:) but I would tell someone not to do advance exercises without first doing the basic exercises and I would also tell them to milk the gains with the basics to the end before they moved to advanced exercises. I guess if you could find the perfect balance between doing enough basic exercise and rest you might never have to move to the advance stuff.

I understand what cockfactory is saying also.

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

I think, that even right now, many newbie ruins their ability to get good newbie gains by thinking, that newbie routine is just a step to advanced methods. And, that is where the word conditioning comes into picture. Doesn’t the word have assumption of some future state, that is better than present. I am saying, that we shouldn’t use the word conditioning, because it is misleading.

We should say: Start carefully. Now I have to criticize the newbie routine. It begins with 200 strokes, wow.
When I first time jelqed I could do just 20. This is the place where we should emphasize about linear development.
Starting from little and increasing amount as time goes and most important factor, getting results from it.

I am not accusing those who made the newbie routine. Making a good simplified model from reality is always hard in all sciences, but that is why it should be improved as we learn more.

So, I think, that we should partly redo the newbie routine, emphasizing more linear routine and development.
I think, that 200 to do at first try is way too much. It should be way under hundred, to me it was 20.
Increasing the amount as time goes.

Most important thing is, that we should discuss about this more. Almost no one question basic things presented in here. It stops development and it is not a good thing.
